This rare, fully-upgraded historic home features a main house and casita equipped for up to 12 guests. The main house boasts a full remodeled kitchen with gas oven, king suite, and double bed suite with vanity stations. The casita highlights a full kitchen, double bed suite, queen suite, and new washer/dryer. Your fur babies will love the HUGE backyard!!

This property features two separate units, each with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, making it perfect for families or groups of friends traveling together. Each unit has a main bedroom , a double queen room, and sofa beds in each living room providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to 12 guests in total.
The property boasts a beautiful breezeway between the two units, complete with a cozy firepit for guests to enjoy. This is the perfect spot to relax and unwind after a day of exploring all that Phoenix has to offer.
One of the highlights of this property is the view of the Phoenix skyline from the yard. Guests can take in the sights while enjoying the fire pit or lounging on the outdoor furniture.

PETS
Pets are welcome for an extra fee per for the entire stay to account for the extra cleaning they require for the next guests. Please bring bags and clean up after your dogs. Please note that we accept up two 2 dogs only and require that the dog be with you at all times or we ask that you please bring a crate for your dog for short stints away from the home. We also ask you to please ensure that the dog is kept off of all furniture, and that you clean up after them outside. We appreciate you understanding and helping us keep good care of our home so that we can provide a good, clean place for our next guests.
2. Please No SMOKING. No DRUGS. No PARTIES! No EXTRA GUESTS, unless officially reserved. Please be respectful of neighbors. All guests must be registered with Hillary and listed on the House Rules that was sent out prior to arrival. If you do want an intimate and small gathering we are open to discussions about the, please inquire about this prior to booking your reservation and there may be extra charges with any event.
3. QUIET TIME is 10:00pm -8am.
*** PLEASE NOTE: That this house is within a residential neighborhood and all guests must respect the Noise Policy.
4. You chose this house because it is so special! We completely agree and request you to treat it like your own! Keep it nice and tidy please! Extra cleaning fees will be applied if the house is not cared for and not left reasonably clean.
Reasonably clean includes:
* Washing all of the dishes you have used.
* Disposing of trash in proper bins which are located in the backyard by the
side gate.
* Leaving furniture/beds in their original location, all towels and linens must
be accounted for. Please be careful of the white sheets/ towels and
comforters and use the supplied make up wipes for removal of makeup.
5. Please no illegal drugs of any kind allowed on the premises.
6. Please no illegal activities of any kind is allowed on the premises.
7. We have video surveillance cameras outside of the home to help keep you safe as well as protect the property. Don't worry, we do not have any inside.
