This two king bed/one bath cabin sits just off the beaten path in Clarkesville which is located 15 minutes from downtown Helen's Alpine Village and Award Winning Wineries.
We feature the perfect space for a couple's getaway, a small family getaway, or a couple of couples seeking fun and tranquility.
Enjoy outdoor activities such as fishing, hiking, horseback riding, kayaking, rafting, zip-lining, and strolling (and snacking) through the adorable German town of Helen, breweries and our personal favorite - the wineries of North Georgia.
Sip your morning coffee or evening beverage while sitting on the back porch admiring a beautiful horse pasture with views of Lynch Mountain. Also overlooking the horse pasture and Lynch Mountain is a relaxing Hot Tub that will surely relax you after a long day of activities.

Cozy & immaculate cabin in a quiet and safe neighborhood with the most beautiful views. Perfect for a long weekend with friends and our fur babies. Beds are so comfortable, the kitchen has everything you could possibly need. The coffee bar is such a great addition!! Very clean bathroom! Super pet friendly with a crate in the upstairs bedroom and doggie bed on the back porch. The furniture on the screened in back porch was so nice to enjoy morning and evening coffee. Blankets are available for the chilly mornings. The host go above and beyond to make you feel welcomed into their home. Personal messages left to make you feel like family. Super quick communication. Thank you for having us in your home! I’ve definitely found my forever rental in Helen!

Nicole and I had an absolutely amazing time. When we weren't exploring the charming town of Helen "Holler" was the perfect retreat to relax and get away for a couple of days. We loved working on our excellent fire building skills (Mostly Nicole) and had a fantastic couple of evenings sitting at the fire pit enjoying the ambiance and smores. The Hot tub was excellent after a long day to enjoy each other's company and recooperate after some pretty intense ping pong. We had a quick visit from Buster and a small deer, but we spent a lot of time with Darla. We bought carrots and apples and made sure to feed her multiple times on our visit cause she looked a bit too skinny for us. She ate the carrots but loved the apples. We have never stayed in a place more dog friendly and Onyx loved his stay as well. We cant express enough how thoughtful Cindy and Dennis were and there communication and attention to detail are second to none. Even with both of us brainstorming it was hard to even think of anything they could do to improve on the Holler Experience. We loved this place and will probably consider it our home away from home in our hearts. We can't wait to come back and make more memories!

We had the best stay at this cabin. The owners have thought of everything! From dog beds and kennel and waste bags to coffee/tea supplies. We came for our 8 year anniversary and they had a anniversary garden flag out front, and personal messaged waiting inside with a bottle of champagne. We've never had owners go above and beyond like that. There's a wonderful hot tub, ping/beer pong, cornhole. The property is nice and you can walk around or lounge in the hammock or sit by the firepit. The inside is nicely maintained and furnished and decorated. I could go on and on! The owners are so nice and were very responsive any time I reached out to them. We've stayed in our share of rental cabins and this one is at the top of our list!

Quick getaway!

Needed a few days to decompress. Property was everything promised and more. Relaxing for us and pets. Especially loved the thought and effort put into making pets welcome. Had to leave a little early due to family illness back home. But, yes, we will be back. A holler from Helen, turned out to be a "holler from heaven" for us!

if peace and quiet arent your cup of tea go elsewhere. this was exactly the rental we wanted. no reason to leave the cabin. they provide everything u need. that first cup of coffee in the morning on the deck to that late evening brew down in the hottub. this is the place for gettin away from it all. did venture into helen to tube and hit a shop. but all you need is at a holler. the host are spectacular most friendly. this is the place dreams are made. allready making plans for next yr.

We loved this well thought out, well maintained escape to nature! Hosts were incredibly helpful with suggestions during our stay. They were responsive and accommodating. Road in was a little sketchy but drivable. I did notice a couple of dead trees close to the cabin just above the driveway. Should be removed before a storm causes damage to the cabin and or an unsuspecting guest could have their vehicle damaged. Otherwise amazing.

I year Anniversary Trip

This trip was simply amazing! The host attention to detail was immaculate! From the little details to help us celebrate our anniversary like the sign in the front to the Prosecco and wine glasses and the cute little message that was left all added to what ended up being a very relaxing and reconnecting when your anniversary trip! The cleanliness of the property when we first open the door was what stood out the most, and especially since you all are pet friendly, that really stood out to us. We look forward to future stays as well as sharing this special place with friends and family.

Great Family Time in Helen Area

We stayed at A Holler From Helen for 2 nights over the kids' spring break. The communication from the hosts, Dennis and Cindy, was prompt and so helpful right from the start after booking the cabin. I asked for a couple of recommendations for coffee and dining in the area and they did not disappoint with their suggestions prior to arriving. This helped us tremendously in mapping out our limited time in the area. The directions to the property and check in made the process very simple. The cabin itself was wonderful. The inside was clean and well decorated w/ personal touches from the hosts. There is a peaceful, screened in porch for morning coffee looking over the beautiful back yard and a horse pasture. There were plenty of activities for the kids including ping pong and cornhole. We enjoyed evenings and mornings in the hot tub (big enough for all 4 of us). While the weather didn't cooperate for us, the fire pit looked like a great place to chill and make smores. We would have loved to have another day or 2 here! It was a wonderful property and I would definitely book here again when back in the Helen area!

Beautiful and quiet.

The hosts were terrific! Left special treats for our dogs. All the little touches inside the cabin made this trip extra special. The furniture inside the house is very comfortable. Do wish the cushions on the deck furniture were better, they are very thin. The driveway is steep, so glad we drove our truck and not the minivan. It rained during our trip so we didn’t get to try out the hot tub or fire pit. The owners had left beach towels by the hot tub and supplies to make s’mores. Such thoughtful gestures!

Great home base for waterfall hikes

I had a wonderful four night stay here and couldn’t have asked for better! The house was such a peaceful retreat in the woods and had everything I needed. Brought my golden retriever, Sunny, who loved the screened porch and yard overlooking the pasture. This is the most pet friendly place that I’ve ever rented - so welcoming to dogs! The owners were so great with communication and gave me great recommendations for hiking in the area (which was why I was there.) Very close to Helen which is a unique, little town! I appreciated all the little touches the owners provided that made this a great getaway for my first time hiking in Georgia. I definitely hope to go back! Much exploring to do!

Perfect cabin.

My husband and I stayed here for our 10th Wedding Anniversary. The owners put up cute decorations, which was so thoughtful. There are a lot of small touches inside and out that make this property special. The owners had great communication and the cabin was perfect for our trip. This location is far enough away from neighbors to have plenty of privacy while still being close to Helen and great hiking spots.

We had an amazing stay! We were celebrating a birthday and they made it extra special with birthday signs and decor. Very clean, cozy and tranquil! The owners have thought of everything you need to have a stress free stay! Very close to Helen and has a scenic drive by an Indian mound on the way.

Wonderful cabin!

I can't say enough good things about this cabin and the hosts. The cabin itself is lovely and comfortable, and stocked with everything you could need. The hosts were quick with communication and very thoughtful. As people who often travel with their dog, I can easily say that the hosts live up to their promise of being not only pet friendly but pet welcoming. We had a wonderful week here, and will definitely be booking here again on our future trips to the area!

Going above and beyond to make our stay a special one. I had surprises of my own but the welcoming banner and chalk board were great. We had a great time in Helen with the good food and nature walks it was a plus that drive were short and nice to have a place we really felt like home after a long day. Perfect Honeymoon

We came to Helen for our honeymoon for the first time. We absolutely loved it. We didn’t bring our fur babies, but next time we definitely will! The peace this cabin brings you is so spectacular. Then environment is so beautiful and the drive to anywhere is just as breathtaking! My husband and I will definitely be back this cabin for many years to come.

Tucked away but still close…

This cute little cabin was tucked away, peaceful and relaxing yet it was also close to shopping, grocery store, and attractions. We enjoyed seeing wildlife, a friendly horse, and neighborhood dog! We are Dennis & Cindy. We visited the Helen area often and enjoyed the wineries. So much so that we decided to move here! We love everything the area has to offer and love sharing it with our guests.

We chose this area because we feel it is the best of both worlds. Very private and secluded, yet very close to our sweet little Bavarian town of Helen. We are just five miles to Helen and close to Georgia’s award winning wineries and some of the most beautiful waterfalls in Georgia. It is the perfect spot to get away from it all, be near all the fun of Helen or a mixture of both. We love our cozy cabin & think you will too.

We are very dog friendly and offer a hot tub, fire pit, fireplace, king beds with amazing linens, a full kitchen and a screened in porch to relax on.
