Beautiful rental

This condo is perfectly situated on a high corner, giving it 2 full sides of gorgeous views. The incredibly spacious balcony provides ample outdoor living space to complement the interior. It is beautifully decorated in calming neutrals and has a very functional and open floor plan. Bonus is that this is the most well-appointed condo we've ever rented with plenty of thoughtful supplies available. The owners were responsive, thorough and easy to work with -- would rent again!

Relaxing Vacation

We enjoyed the location and cleanliness of the condo. The corner unit was a bonus and we liked drinking coffee in the mornings on the huge patio with quality seating. The condo is well equipped and especially the kitchen. It was nice having ample appliances and cookware to use. The owners were easy to communicate with and you can tell they take good care of the place. We would stay here again. The location was nice even though it was a little bit of a drive into restaurants and shopping but it was worth the quietness and privacy away from the hustle and bustle. We had no issues during our stay.

Beautiful views and decor

The condo is exactly as pictured on the website. It is beautifully decorated with the most amazing wrap around porch. The views are incredible from this condo all the way around. You can even see the Blue Angels off in the distance when they are practicing. The beach is not crowded in front of the unit which is perfect if you don't want to be around crowds. There is a public beach next door, however there is a guard that tries to keep the public beach people out of the private beach area. When there is a guard, the beach is not crowded. If the guard is not working or one that slacks on the job, the public beach people do migrate over. The owner is very responsive if you ever need anything. Things I would suggest - provide extra towels, bedsheets, drying rack, pizza cutter, lounger on porch and removing carpet from two bedrooms. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo.

Thank you for your feedback. The security guard was missing one day midweek. Our HOA was very proactive into looking into it. We are planning to remove the carpet and put in LVP in December after the rental season. The laundry room has a hanging bar to hang up wet things - maybe you missed it. There are four cushioned chairs with ottomans and two Adirondack chairs on the balcony. After seeing a beautiful moonlit sunset recently, we will also be investing in a cushioned couch to go with the Adirondack chairs. Thanks for the recommendation of getting a pizza cutter - we usually eat seafood at the beach!

La Playa has units with nice unusual floorplans and a large wrap around balcony that can't be beat anywhere in the area. There are only 37 units in the complex which are half residential and half rent weekly. This gives you a family friendly environment and plenty of beach space - never a crowded beach! It is not on the main beach highway so you never hear nearby traffic. Perdido Key is a small community conveniently located for all of the amenities of Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, and Foley shopping to the west and Pensacola restaurants, shopping, and airport to the east.
