The condo is beautiful and clean and has everything you need. The pool is huge and well maintained. The fitness center was disappointing. It had cardio equipment but no free weights or weights of any kind.

Family summer vacation

Love the Beach Colony and location. Out of the hustle and bustle yet close enough to anything anyone wanted to do.

Very Nice

Really nice place...very spacious with well equipped kitchen. Pool was enormous. Indoor pool was nice as well but much smaller with a hot tub. Only issue is we had ice maker issue the whole week, but the local management provided bagged ice so no big one. Also, on the wish list would have been an outdoor hot tub. The security can be pretty strict so watch what you where to the gym.... Overall a great place.

Great family condo and secure property in Perdido Key

The condo was exactly as advertised. Roomy and comfortable for a family of 6. Our 4 kids had plenty of space in the two guest bedrooms and loved having their own bathrooms and TVs in room. The entire condo was spotless. Even my germ phobic wife approved of the sanitized bathrooms. There are detailed instructions on using the TVs, washer and dryer and other appliances and wifi worked great. Beach Colony East is well maintained. Large pool and easy access to beach. Security was a bit lax with the public beach access so close, but it was July 4th week so crowds were understandable. Overall, a highly recommended condo for a family vacation.

Perdido Family Fun

We try to gather our 2 sons and their families for an annual vacation so this 3 bedroom condo was just what we needed. Since we enjoy cooking it was wonderful having an assortment of pots and pans and an abundance of glasses and dishes. The balcony was a great size for reading or visiting with the spectacular view. We would each recommend this condo for a fun family trip.

The Pictures

The photos do not show the real beauty! The decor of the condo is beautiful, stocked with many pans, bowls, plates etc. The beach is fabulous, the sand is white and very soft. I would definitely recommend this condo.

Gorgeous Condo

We stepped in and fell in love! Decorated very nicely as well as nice comfy furnishings! Hands down best equipped kitchen ever in a Condo award!! We didn’t want to leave and are definitely looking at re-booking!!!

Amazing Condo!

This condo has it all. It’s beautifully decorated and has a spectacular view. We loved sitting on the large balacony and looking at the ocean view. There are great views of the ocean from the master bedroom and bathroom as well. It was hard to leave the condo! We were very happy just to stay in and that’s not usually the case. We would love tore t this condo again.
