Willkommen in unserer Villa am Strand!

Dieses Haus mit drei Schlafzimmern auf Oahu North Shore ist ein großartiger Ort, von der Hektik des Stadtlebens zu entkommen. Es ist nur eine 40 Minuten Fahrt vom Flughafen Honolulu - befindet sich in einer Gated Community fronting Ke-Iki Strand, berühmt für seine Sand, Surfen und Sonnenuntergänge. Es ist auch ein großartiger Ort, um einen Blick auf Wale und Delfinen vorbei in den fernen Gewässern zu fangen. Unser Hof, insbesondere ist einer der besten Orte auf der Insel saisonal wandernde Wale zu sehen!

Als unser Gast werden Sie mit allem, was Sie für einen Spaß benötigen zur Verfügung gestellt und unvergesslichen Urlaub North Shore:

Unser Haus bietet Platz für bis zu sechs Erwachsene und zwei Kinder auf. Jedes Zimmer verfügt über eine ganze Reihe von Kissen, Bettwäsche und Decken. Es gibt ein ausklappbares Kinderbett im Schrank. Beide Bäder sind mit viel Handtücher, Shampoo und Duschgel ausgestattet. Es gibt auch einen Haartrockner für die Gäste, die gerne - trockenes Haar.

Die Küche ist mit einem Kühlschrank, Herd / Backofen, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Backofen, Toaster, Mixer, Kaffeemaschine, Reiskocher, Spülmaschine, Töpfe, Pfannen, Kochutensilien, und eine ganze Reihe von Geschirr. Wir bieten auch die Küchenbasis, wie Öl, Salz, Pfeffer, Zucker, Aluminiumfolie, Handi-Wrap und ziploc Taschen.

Zu weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zählen: Klimaanlage, einen großen Fernseher, Kabel-TV, eine Bluetooth-Audio-Player, Internet-Service, eine Waschmaschine / Trockner, einen Außengasgrill und warme Duschen im Freien.

Für Outdoor-Exkursionen, haben wir viel der Strandtücher, Schnorchelausrüstung, Body-Boards, Sandspielzeug und eine bunte Flotte von Fahrrädern zur Verfügung stand für Sie zu nutzen. Sie können Fahrrad auf dem berühmten Sunset oder Waimea Strand in 10 Minuten oder weniger. Wenn Sie lieber zu Fuß, Hai-Bucht ist nur einen Spaziergang entfernt. Foodland, die lokalen Lebensmittelgeschäft, ist auch nur wenige Minuten entfernt!

Such a magical house!

We had the best time! We loved all of beach equipment, the house was better than pictured, it’s THE best spot on the whole beach to find beach shells, the yard was great, the deck was amazing every night for sunsets & dinners, we saw whales breaching every day, we even saw orcas. It’s located walking distance from Foodland and a parking lot with food trucks right across from Sharks Cove. Would recommend 10/10.

Centrally Located on North Shore

Fantastic location on the north shore, walking distance to Shark's Cove for snorkeling, Waimea Bay Beach Park for beach time and Banzai Pipeline to watch surfing. Sunsets over the ocean from the back deck are excellent. Food trucks and grocery are a short walk and it's only a 10 min drive to the beach at Turtle Bay resort, which is also a great place to watch sunset at the pool bar on the west side of the resort. Property is accurately pictured and described, decoration needs updating and appliances are old but very comfortable for a month long stay. We had a couple small issues and the property management responded and resolved immediately. We would definitely choose this house again!

Wonderful Stay in a Stunning Location

We really enjoyed our month-long stay at this spacious, comfortable home in a truly wonderful location. The lanai is the perfect spot to sit and stare at the waves or watch the sunset. The beds are very comfortable and water pressure in the showers was great. We enjoyed the easy walk into town to get groceries and meals from the food trucks. Communication with the hosts was first-rate. Some of the fixtures in the house are a little tired and could use some TLC — the blinds don’t go up and down easily, and some of the ceiling fans are pretty slow even on full speed. We solved the problem by buying a box fan (which we left in the master closet for the next guests). The sofa and loveseat in the living room have been replaced and upgraded since the listing photos were taken, and are MUCH more comfortable.

Amazing location on Oahu North Shore

We loved the perfect location - walk to Shark’s Cove, The shallow Quarry & 3-tables for snorkeling with tropical fish and turtles. 10 minutes walk to Foodland for groceries. Bike 15 minutes to famous Pipeline or Ted’s bakery, or 20 minute drive to Turtle Bay. The house is located directly in front of a Lava Field with tide pools, and five minutes to a long sand beach gave us fantastic morning walks, sunsets and dark skies. The living space is open with a long family sized table inside and on the patio. The patio has ample furniture and a bbq. Kitchen had everything we needed, water pressure was great and nice linens in bedrooms. Each room has its own air cond. controls which we loved. We used the beach cruiser bikes and sand toys. Terrific set up for families. Only flaw was it’s one of three houses sharing the lot. If the neighbor is nice, quiet & doesn’t smoke, it was fine. Smoking next door bothered us on the patio.Just realize there are three houses. Overall, we loved our stay. The house and location were perfect for our diverse group. A good value for a large house directly in front of the ocean.

This house was awesome! Exactly like the pictures (except the pillows on the bed are way better than the pictures show)! We are a family of four and the house was perfect, we didn’t even use the room with the queen bed! My kids loved sharing a room! This house has an amazing view and the backyard is the best! My daughter was cartwheeling all over! The beach was not crowded at all and it was great to just walk out and spend the day or just an hour by the ocean! We had a blast exploring the lava rock tide pools! Waimea Valley was a a couple miles up the road and has an amazing luau, Toa Luau! Highly recommend this luau! Toa Luau is close and so fun! We spent the day hiking through the valley and swimming in the waterfall. The local grocery store, Foodland, is just right up the road and everything you need make a meal is at the house. The full sized washer and dryer was an amazing addition to our trip! I was able to get our laundry done before we left and unpacking when we got home was a breeze! Easiest vacation ever! I had never rented through a rental website before and Cindy was able to answer all my many questions I had about the property! The house was great to have at the center of our vacation and I will most definitely return, hopefully next time with more family and rent all three properties! Fantastic place in excellent location

We just loved staying in the ginger house. The house is right on the beach, incredible views of the ocean and sunset, short walk to foodland and food trucks, easy bike ride on the path to watch surfing at pipe or sunset. The layout was perfect for our family with a spacious primary with bath and then two other nice size rooms and a bath. Excellent WiFi for working from home on the big deck overlooking the ocean. We hope to come again!

Week in Paradise

We just returned home from a wonderful week on north shore Oahu in the "Ginger House". The house had everything we needed -- kitchen utensils, paper goods supply, appliances, and plenty of seating inside and on the huge deck, which is where we ate all our meals. The house is located spitting distance from Shark's cove, Foodland, and the wonderful food trucks. Everything we needed was either in the house already or a short walk or bike ride away. The beds were all very comfortable, and there were plenty of pillows and towels. We used the washer and dryer frequently -- there is a big box of laundry detergent in the closet. Our first evening on the deck, we watched humpback whales jumping in the surf as the sun was setting. Three mornings, we awoke to beautiful rainbows also off the deck. Activities and toys: The beach cruisers were nice to have - they required a bit of minor repair, which my bike-loving husband was more than happy to do. We enjoyed the bike trails -- north past Ted's Bakery (yum!) and south to Waimea Bay. The boogie boards under the house were in pretty bad shape, but we quickly learned why -- That surf is treacherous! We learned that 60+ year olds should not attempt boogie-boarding in that surf. The slope of the beach causes big waves, even during the supposed "calm" season. Three of us got pounded in that surf, much to the delight of the people watching on the beach. I'm still pulling sand out of my ears. It was a blast! There were three full surf boards, but none of us are surfers, and we didn't want to attempt that craziness. The tidal pools at Shark's cove (short walk south) have incredible snorkeling for beginners. We found the best time to go is during a rain shower, when the beach clears out. We had the place to ourselves. There were many varieties of fish and water plants and cavernous areas in the rocks to explore. The house calico cat, "Ginger", is a sweetie. We purchased cat food at Foodland and fed her daily. She was always glad to see us return. There were other cats and the occasional chicken running thru the yard, but we rarely saw them. One more thing: The Toa Luau at Waimea Valley is amazing! The food and entertainment were more than worth the price of admission! We really enjoyed our stay, and we hope to return! Aloha!

Another great stay.

This is our second time renting this house and it was just as great as the first time. The location is perfect and the house is very comfortable. We enjoyed riding bikes to Ted’s bakery, walking to the food trucks for dinner and visiting all the amazing beaches nearby. I definitely recommend this vacation rental.

This is a wonderful beach house. The views from the deck are amazing; we enjoyed hearing the surf all day and watching the sunsets in the evening. It's close to a grocery store and a short drive to Haleiwa. Can't wait to come back!

Amazing family vacation

This was our first time to Oahu and didn’t know what to expect. Upon walking into the home we were amazed. The views from the kitchen, living room and deck were perfect. You can see the waves crashing on the rocks and the beautiful secluded beach is steps away. There was plenty of room for us and our 3 teenagers. The house is well equipped with everything we needed and very clean. The property was very quiet even with vacationers in the homes on either side. There were enough bikes and beach toys for everyone and the beach chairs were very nice to have. The location is very close to pipeline, turtle beach, and waimea valley. The town of Hale’iwa was our favorite! The kids took surf lessons and there are lots of stores and restaurants to try. The only thing I wished was that we could’ve stayed longer. Next time we are planning on staying at least 2 weeks.

PERFECT LOCATION

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house! It is in a great location to enjoy the beach, snorkel at Shark's Cove, enjoy Waimea Valley and much more. It is in the perfect location to enjoy everything on the North Shore and not too far to get to Honolulu for day trips. The living room, dining room and kitchen are spacious and comfortable. When we come back to Oahu we will definitely stay here again.

Just came back from a way to short of a stay for 6 nights! Wish we didn't have to go back, but we did. Our biggest issue was figuring our how we can do this 3 months a year. So much fun for our group of 4 adults and 1 child. Lots of room, great set up for everything we wanted, and so close to so many things! Its the perfect for a North Shore stay! House is equipped with most everything and if we were short of something(Dish Clothes) we bought it and to pay it forward to the next guest. Beach to your right is amazing, and the waves huge fun to watch, but not a surf break. Pftt who cares with the Pipe is down the road and so many other spots to play. Fun to watch at our beach though, word of warning as it is a shore-break, careful with the kids, or lets call it a good intro to never turn your back on a wave. We also spent a good portion out there at night with flashlights, helping locals find shells....found a new hobby. And if you respect the locals, you learn a lot. To the front of your view and left, some very cool lava fields which were a fun time to explore. Wear your water shoes. Down the road a short hall, either way you turn, you got all you want, Foodmart, snorkeling, the pipe, Teds, food trucks..... Want a little drive, hit up Haleiwa which, depending on traffic can be 20 minutes, or 40. House has some toys and such, so very little we needed. Some items are showing wear and tear so need upgrading, but we had no real issues, frankly we didn't care...how could you. Look at the Sunsets! its thee spot to view. We did take in the Tao Luau one night for some fun as 3 of the 5 have never been to the island. Awesome experience, smaller, cooler and honestly better than the big production way down the road...well for us anyways, cus you could have a cocktail. Plus you got a pass to Wiamea Valley to walk the park and swim in the falls. You don't need to do both in the same day so we split it up. House was clean, and we arrive a little early and the cleaner Carrie was a rock-star! Welcomed us, gave us the locals lay of the land. Mahalo! My advice, this is not Honolulu, no big shopping, no hustle, no major chains to eat at, this is the North Shore, flips and board shorts, Poke and surf. Chill out, be respectful to the locals, and hey... have I mentioned those sunsets. PS Don't set your alarm, roosters will do it for you. pack ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Better than the sound of sirens and honking horns. Aloha

Never gets old!

We have been coming to the North Shore for many years, the last 4 at this property. Can’t ask for anything more. The home is great and adequately equipped for an Aloha experience. Thanks Cindy for another wonderful vacation.

Fabulous location, plenty of space, perfectly clean and well appointed

We had a very comfortable and relaxed holiday at Tropical Waters, the location and proximity to shops and food trucks was unbeatable on the North Shore, the walking path down to Sunset and use of the bikes made it a great family holiday. The house was spotless, with plenty of space and comfortable beds. A great family holiday house.
