VillaTM - Modern Villa With Heated Pool and Poolhouse

Villa TM is a newly built house with a heated swimming pool that can accomodate up to 8 people, located in a peaceful and quiet part of the town of Milna, and only a five-minute walk to all the city's amenities and sights, and 15 minutes to the nearest beach.

Milna is located on the western part of the island of Brač, exudes a Mediterranean atmosphere and is known as a safe nautical haven.

Villa TM consists of two floors, the ground floor where the host lives and the first floor, which has a separate external entrance and is private and belongs exclusively to our guests.

On the first floor there are two units with a modern interior that, together with the poolhouse form one unique whole. They provide a superb atmosphere and comfort, just like the exterior, which covers 260m2 and offers our guests a pleasant all-day stay by the pool, a spacious sundeck and a poolhouse surrounded by Mediterranean greenery and a beautiful view over the port.

Each unit has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room and a large terrace with a view over the Milna bay, Baroque church, stone houses, and the town center.

Guests also have access to a private garage.
