A daybed twin is being used as a sofa in the spacious downstairs King room and can be used as an extra bed. Please note, guests exceeding 10 will need to pay an extra guest fee of $50/person. Behind the double-wide barn doors is a finished basement that features a brand new gigantic 120” movie screen with 7.1 Dolby Atmos stereo system including seating for 8 via theater style recliners, bar stools, and bean bags to make sure everyone gets to watch that blockbuster movie or big game together. Also, a bar size pool table with adjacent bar top area, an electronic dart board, and shuffle board makes this a great space to hang out and enjoy your time relaxing after a day of sightseeing. Driveway has space for 2 cars and street parking is available in front of the house. In Sedona, 2 wheels must be off of the road.
