Guests have access to the entire house, minus the 2 locked owner's closets.
The Neighborhood:
Nestled in the heart of Sedona, offering an idyllic retreat surrounded by the stunning natural beauty of red rock formations. This charming neighborhood is renowned for its tranquil ambiance and proximity to scenic trails, providing residents and visitors alike with easy access to outdoor adventures and breathtaking views. With its unique blend of natural splendor and local amenities, the area exudes a relaxed, welcoming vibe, making it a perfect spot for those looking to experience the serene side of Sedona.

Check-out is at 10 am
Primary Guest must be at least 25 years of age to book this property.
- Dogs are allowed for $125 per stay, up to 2 dogs included. Dog must be crate trained and please clean up after your dog.
- Absolutely no parties, grounds for termination. We want to be extremely respectful of our neighbors.
* We ask that you park only in our driveway. We have a max of 3 cars at the home at any time. The garage is available for parking, however it is only opened/closed using the button inside of the garage.
GUEST VERIFICATION:
To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.
Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:
- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.
- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.
- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.
The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!
