We had an amazing stay and would definitely love to come back and stay here. We did bring extras with us due to other reviews that were helpful like coffee filters, extra garbage bags. There were extra garbage bags so that was helpful but there were no coffee filters at all so I was glad I brought some. I wasn’t aware there was also a Keurig machine so that would be good to add to what is in the kitchen or to add coffee filters for the other coffee maker. The porch light was burnt out so we never had a light at night. We did use our cellphone flashlights. Also something that we didn’t think about bringing was salt & pepper as well as storage for leftovers if you are guests that are going to buy groceries for the condo like we did! This place was so great, clean and host was quick and helpful! Highly recommend and didn’t want to leave!!

Me and my boyfriend stayed here we had a really good time the condo was nice and clean the only thing we didn’t like about it was there was food left in the fridge from the tenants before us. We had to rewash dishes and clean out the fridge and take out the trash cause it smelled but other than that the condo was awesome we loved the restaurant inside the condo complex ! We also loved the private beach access we will come again !!!

Bugs in the bed, blood in pillows. Check in management was rude. Never got back to us about the bugs and blood would not recommend. Coffee maker didn’t work either.

Very clean updated condo with great private beach access and beach restaurant/bar. Hot sleepers be aware you can't set the AC under 75 degrees...would be an issue in the middle of summer. Nice little patio for coffee/drinks. Would've been nice to check in a bit early as stated sometimes is available but overall a great stay!

Nice unit, but had issues

This unit would’ve received 5 stars from me if the following issues wouldn’t have happened: 1- the pullout bed had no bedding and it took 2 days for them to get bedding to us. We had to take bedding off the bed in the bedroom and share it with the pullout which was not ideal since the bedding is thin in the first place. 2- it wasn’t filthy but could’ve used some extra cleaning. The floors made our floor dark walking barefoot immediately after arriving, the shower grout and walls needed more cleaning (there was even some body wash dripping down the wall that wasn’t from us), and the pullout bed has a yellow stain on it that is disconcerting. The good: location with the pool and golf course is really nice. It’s a couple min drive through the resort to get to the beach but honestly unless you are staying right next to the beach, you’ll probably drive and park even if you’re halfway closer. The kitchen was nicely stocked, the freezer had an ice maker, the washer/dryer was handy, the unit was a nice size. It could’ve used a couple extra cozy blankets for the couch area and some power strips to be able to plus more stuff in. Overall, without those issues we would have come back, but with them, we’ll probably choose something else in the future.

Great property but…

We stayed at this property for 4 nights, and for the most part had a good stay, but there was a large problem that impacted our stay. The condo has a queen size bed and pull out couch, and we arrived at like 10pm and were ready to collapse into bed. After searching the entire unit, there was no bedding for the pull out couch . I immediately contacted customer service, and it took 2 FULL DAYS for them to actually get the bedding to us. The first night my husband had to sleep with one sheet taken from the queen bed and beach towels as blankets as I was on the other bed with our young daughter. The shower wasn’t filthy but the grout was pretty gross and there was some body wash dripping the down wall so it obviously wasn’t scrubbed. The floors were also pretty dirty (your feet turned brown walking on them bare). The unit itself was a nice size, had a washer/dryer which was very handy, the golf and pool access was perfect, the main bed was comfy (the pullout was not comfy and also had a yellow stain on the mattress ). The kitchen was actually nicely stocked and ever had some Rubbermaid containers for good storage which most places don’t. Overall if it wasn’t for the bedding issue it would have been a great stay. They did offer a small refund due to the trouble which was nice but still two days without proper bedding isn’t great.

Great location / Not enough essentials

Great location with awesome beach access but hardly any essentials for a week stay. No coffee filters, 2 trash bags, 1 dish washer soap, no dishwashing liquid, no shampoo or soap, 1 laundry pod. Also the upstairs is load. any movement from the people living upstairs and you will hear it.

Destin Getaway

The location and accommodations were perfect for what we were looking for. We just took a 3 day getaway to see the beach and water, and even though it was chilly, we got both of those plus some great restaurants and drinks. The location was very convenient to restaurants, shops and ocean and check in process and communication with Vacasa was easy. Only issue was hot tubs not available or working but no fault of theirs. Thanks for a great getaway!

Mini Vaca with me and my family.

The condo was outstanding, for one the location was amazingly nice. It was close to everything, about a mile from crab island. We will definitely be back, I am in love with this place. The people around were so nice and made us feel right at home. The customer service was 10/10, there every step of the way, making sure I had everything and more. Only a text away!!! We will be back. Our stay was phenomenal. Highly recommend.

The only problem we had was two times our code didn’t work to get in. Had to call and have it reset. Condo is not 1 min from beach as it says but there is private gated parking at the private beach. We enjoyed our stay
