Come and Relax at our bright and spacious pool house getaway! After a day of fun in the sun, relax in the heated/cooled pool or unwind on the back patio and enjoy the sunset.
This home is only 10 miles to Whitecap Beach, 3 miles from major grocery stores and very close to A&M University and the Naval Airbase. Permit# 090092
As you drive up to Blissful Pool Oasis, you will see there is plenty of parking space for up to 4 vehicles allowed in the driveway/garage.
After you've had your fill of the sun, sand and surf, head back to the house for a relaxing dip in the pool!
Outdoor Area: Backyard features a fully fenced and gated gorgeous private pool, outdoor shower, pool toys and an amazing sunset view!
Please note Pool is NOT heated.
BED/BATH CONFIGURATION:
~ Primary - King bed and en suite bathtub and stand up shower plus dual vanity (sleeps 2)
~ 2nd Bedroom - King bed and shared full hallway bath (sleeps 2)
~ 3rd Bedroom/Bunk Room - 2 bunk beds, both full over twin and shared full hallway bath (sleeps up to 6)
~ A twin rollaway bed (sleeps up to 1).
Kitchen:
The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, flatware, serving supplies, glasses, mugs, wine glasses...anything and everything you need to prep, cook and serve a beautiful meal! Modern conveniences include dishwasher, coffee maker/k-cup combo, microwave, toaster and blender.
We provide a STARTER SUPPLY of dishwasher soap and trash bags as well.
Laundry:
A full-size washer and dryer available and a starter supply of laundry detergent is for your use along with iron and ironing board.
Bathrooms:
Both bathrooms are beautifully designed with clean showers/tub and granite counter tops. Bath towels, hand towels and washcloths are provided along with a starter supply of shampoo, conditioner and shower gel, 2 rolls of toilet paper. A hair dryer is also available.
DOG-FRIENDLY:
Up to 2 well-behaved dogs considered for a non-refundable pet fee $100.
Outdoor Security Cameras are present in the front and back yard.
Guest can access the entire property.
Available through text and call anytime.
House Rules STRICTLY ENFORCED and Things to Note:
- 3 security cameras: 1 front yard/driveway 2. Backyard. 3. Garage.
- Minimum Age to Rent is 24.
- No Parties/Events.
- No Smoking and no vaping in the property. This is a non smoking property. $500 fee will be added if smoke odor is present in the home.
- Quiet Hours 10pm to 7am – Enforced.
- Not responsible for accidents.
- There is no child proofing; you must remain with your children at all times.
- No more than 10 guests.
- No late check outs or another night's stay will be charged unless approved by host in advance.
- Dogs considered with $100 paid pet fee prior to check in. Guest must disclose pets and pay pet fee prior to arrival to avoid $500 fine. No other kind of pets allowed.
- STARTER set for guests to include trash bags, dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo and shower gel. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night.
- Guests are responsible for their own beach chairs, beach towels and pool towels. Our linens and towels are NOT to be removed from the property for any reason. Guests will be charged linen fees for misuse of linens to include stains, tearing, etc.
- Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every 4-8 weeks.
- If police are called to the property for any disturbance, a $500 fee will be assessed and guests will be required to vacate the property with no refund.
Following rules are strictly enforced:
• Maximum occupancy is 10, including infants.
• If at any time the maximum number of occupants is exceeded, Owner has the right to evict the Guest and all occupants immediately. No refunds will be issued.
• Absolutely no parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at property.
• The Guest making the reservation must be over the age of 24 and must be one of the occupants during the stay.
• No smoking is allowed in or around the property. This includes front and backyard areas. If any sign of smoking is discovered Guest authorizes the Owner to charge a minimum $500 fee.
• Cleaning: Each property will be cleaned and inspected after your departure. We ask you to help us enable the cleaning crews as much as possible. Simple things like leaving the property tidy, running the dishwasher, and taking out the trash are expected of our guests.
• If excessive wear and tear is found on property, or additional cleaning is necessary due to spills, trash left on site, unclean dishes, stains to furniture, carpeting, linens, paint, or flooring, Guest authorizes the Owner to bill them for additional fees.
• If any items are missing, especially towels, guests will be charged.
• Due to the nature of coastal areas, we are unable to offer refunds for inclement weather. Travel Insurance is highly recommended for your stay.
GRILL USE:
• If you use it, clean it. Additional fees will be applied if left dirty. Please use the provided cover when not in use.
• No trash should be left in the front or backyard.
FOR GUESTS VISITING WITH PETS:
• Up to 2 dogs allowed with a $100 pet fee. Any pets present on the property NOT mentioned during booking will incur a $400 fee.
• Additional dogs may be allowed on a case by case basis for higher fee.
• All dogs must remain off the furniture. Additional cleaning fees will apply if there is evidence of pets on furniture.
• Pets cannot be left in the house or in the yard unattended. Large size crate available for use.
• Dog waste bags are provided. Please bag and dispose of waste in the driveway trash can. Housekeeping will charge a minimum $50 for having to clean up dog waste.
