Experience breathtaking Gulf views from this beautiful 8th-floor condo at Tidewater Beach Resort. Perfectly located near Pier Park, this one-bedroom retreat offers two bathrooms, a full kitchen, and a private balcony overlooking the ocean. Enjoy world-class amenities—two outdoor pools, an indoor pool, hot tubs, fitness center, movie theater, and direct beach access—all steps from Panama City Beach's best dining and entertainment.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

This is a 570-unit, 30-story, luxurious condominium residence that offers the perfect balance between being close to everything but far enough away so that you don't spend your time stuck in traffic. Tidewater Beach Resort overlooks more than two football fields' worth of white-sand beach. The building is located on the beach and very close so that the gulf is just a few steps from the elevator.

Situated on the west side of Panama City Beach, this condo is just three-quarters of a mile from Pier Park, offering 124 shops, diverse restaurants, a Grand IMAX theater, Dave and Buster's, the Panama City Beach Skywheel, and more entertainment options. Dining options nearby include Pompano Joe's Seafood House, Tootsie's Orchid Lounge, Hook'd Pier Bar and Grill, and Fatty's Sandwich Shop. Russell-Fields Pier is less than a mile east; Shipwreck Island Waterpark is a short four-mile drive. This community is just five minutes away from Gulf World and Frank Brown Park, a 200-acre outdoor recreational facility. Tidewater is just fifteen minutes from ECP airport.

About the Community/Property:

Welcome to Tidewater Beach Resort, offering breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and a prime location just 15 minutes from ECP Airport. Guests are within walking distance of Pier Park, which features more than 100 shops, restaurants, and attractions, including Dolly Parton's Pirates Voyage Dinner and Show. Tidewater is also one of the few resorts in the area with onsite security, adding an extra level of convenience and peace of mind for guests during their stay.

Tidewater Resort offers top-of-the-line onsite amenities, including two outdoor pools overlooking the Gulf, one heated indoor pool, two spa whirlpools, a fitness center, steam room, and sauna. The resort also features 7 elevators, which helps make access throughout the property more convenient. Frank Brown Park is just a short distance away with more than 200 acres of sports fields, playgrounds, and walking trails.

Parking:

All guests must pre-register with the resort! Sooner is better since there are additional fees (and long lines) associated with registering late. Preregistering means wristbands are programmed, and parking passes are created ahead of your arrival. Guests must stop by the Tidewater registration desk upon arrival to pick up wristbands and parking pass. You'll find this registration desk just inside the walkway doors, on the second floor.

The parking garage is located across the street from Tidewater Resort. Since it changes periodically, the parking garage gate code will be sent in your Safe Travels email. Guests may purchase two parking permits for a 1- or 2-bedroom unit and 3 parking permits for a 3-bedroom unit. Cost for such passes is listed below.

Parking spaces in the garage aren't assigned, so legally park where you are able to. Locate the skybridge on level 2; this will take you across the street to the main complex. After crossing the skybridge, go to the Tidewater registration desk, located right inside the doors from the crosswalk. This is where you will pick up your parking passes as well as your amenity wristbands. Return to your car(s) and place the permit(s) as directed.

Parking restrictions: No vehicle exceeding 7 feet, 2 inches in height is allowed in the garage. For the safety of all, pickups with extended beds or cabs, dual wheels, tow bars, and extended rear luggage carriers are only permitted to park in the north side, rear end of the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the garage or porte-cochere. Those in violation of these rules are subject to tow at the owner's/renter's expense.

Helpful Tip About Elevators at Tidewater: Like all high-rise buildings, Tidewater can experience longer elevator wait times during peak hours—especially around check-in (4-5pm) and check-out (10-11am). This is largely due to the use of luggage and grocery-style carts, which take up significant space and limit the number of passengers per ride. Many guests find it helpful to avoid using the elevators during these busy times when possible. A little planning can make arrival and departure much smoother!

Loading and Cart Info
• There are 30-minute loading/unloading spaces available on the second floor of the parking garage near the skywalk. Feel free to use one while moving your belongings in or out of the condo.
• Luggage carts and grocery-style carts are available to help carry items. Note that luggage carts do not fit inside the condos, but you can leave them just outside your door while unloading.
• Please return carts promptly after use so they're available for other guests.

Amenity Wristbands: Guests registering at Tidewater must be over 25 years old and registration should occur at least 24 hours in advance of arrival (ideally, more than 24 hours prior). Amenity wristbands are allocated to guests at the Tidewater registration desk, located on the 2nd floor of the resort. Wristbands will be given to guests ages 12 and up at check-in. Guests are required to wear these wristbands while on the property. Fees for these wristbands vary, depending upon when you register. This fee includes the aforementioned parking permits.

Wristband Return Reminder: At check-out, please return all wristbands to the same reservation desk where you picked them up. You'll find the return box at the reservation desk on the 2nd floor of the resort. Thanks for helping us keep things running smoothly!

PREREGISTRATION FEES (pre-registration must occur more than 24 hours in advance of arrival): about $40 + tax for a 1-bedroom unit, about $55 + tax for a 2-bedroom unit and about $70 + tax for a 3-bedroom unit.

LATE REGISTRATION FEES: about $50 + tax for a 1-bedroom unit, about $65 + tax for a 2-bedroom unit and about $80 + tax for a 3-bedroom unit.

For the security of our guests and the safety of the resort, there are external security cameras located in the garage.

Other details to note:

Proper ID wristbands are required to be worn at all times while on Tidewater Resort property. The replacement fee for each lost or stolen wristband is $25 plus tax.

Trash chutes cannot be stuffed with cardboard boxes or other forms of large debris. Prior to disposal in the chutes, please bag any trash. All large items in need of disposal must be taken off site. Violators who are caught dumping trash inappropriately may be fined by the association and/or reported to local law enforcement.

A signed rental contract will be required at booking confirming that guests will follow all laws, community rules, and 30aSeascapes' policies else face fees and/or eviction.

Upon booking, you'll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it's not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

Do not recommend

To start with the pictures posted for the room are nothing like what the room actually looks like! I look at the decor, furniture and the overall home feeling when choosing our room and this was not it!! The sleeper sofa that my kids slept on, you could feel the springs poking you when laying on it!! The towels were so thin and rough. There was nothing to really cook with. One small skillet, no pan to make biscuits on and few silverware. I shouldn’t have to go purchase pots and pans to cook for my family!! The ice maker didn’t work. The elevators were a joke! Two elevators for a 31 floor condominium is unacceptable!!! Will not stay here again!

ELEVATORS!!! UGHHH MY FIRST NEGATIVE. Slow and some out of service plus they decided to "improve" them in the middle of the summer not in January, February but JulyThe condo is very old and not updated at all. You definitely can't sleep 5. Plus the sofa and the bathrooms are nasty. The master bedroom was clean and comfortable. The cleaning crew is doing a basic job. The deck is nasty and dirty. The kitchen has no supplies and the ones it has they were all old and disgusting. I read a previous review saying the same thing but I thought they fixed something from last year. THEY DIDN'T!! THE BEACH SERVICE CHAIR TAKES THE WHOLE BEACH. You can only stay on the edge of the water or off the hotel premises No tents allowed. They have 3 rows of beach chairs with 50% of them not rented just taking space. You can't stay behind the chairs as well. They have to pay a security person to watch the beach but not to fix the elevators. The RED stick(pictured)in the water is your guide were to put your chairs. Basically in the waterMy advice don't stay. You're decision

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

As soon as we arrived and opened the door, there was a gap in the hallway where they had removed the bunk beds. I was traveling with two of my children, so the bunk beds were a major part of choosing to book this room. In the pictures and info they sent me the week before arrival, they still had the bunk beds. I emailed 30a Seascapes about it, and the response I received was "They were sorry, that the bunk beds had been removed." So the room that claims to sleep 5 people, actual sleeps 3 at best; and that is if you are traveling with people who will be sharing the bed. I'm addition to that, there were also a number of issues with the room. The shower door would not shut, and probably never has. To take a shower, we had to turn the shower head towards the wall to not flood the bathroom. In the other bathroom, there was mold on the shower curtain and in between the tub and the vanity. The vanity also has extensive water damage which probably stimulated all the mold. There was mold all over the ice and water dispenser in the fridge, so we weren't able to use that. The floors were absolutely filthy, as if they had never been mopped. The bottoms of your feet would turn black just by walking down the hallway. The Xfinity cable bill must not have been paid, because when you turned it on it had a message on the screen to "Call customer billing to return service". I've rented condos in PCB on VRBO for almost 10 yrs, and this is the first bad rental I've ever had. So fair warning!!
