In addition to the living space, your unit has an attached private patio appended to the far end of the flat. Your unit has its own private garage that accommodates two cars, plus additional off-street parking for two more vehicles, Your unit has its own dedicated elevator, and a private attached patio. A two-level rooftop that includes a lookout tower with views of the ocean is available on the top floor.
