Beautiful patio on the greenbelt with TV, fire pit, gas grill and hot tub. Endless luxury and privacy.

The Space:
Located in Cabins at the Farm, one of the most desired Suncadia Neighborhoods, this newly completed masterpiece is ready for fun.

The Main Home has 4 spacious bedrooms. The fully stocked, gourmet kitchen is ready for all your cooking entertaining. The open concept living area boasts enough space for the whole group to enjoy the fireplace and watch TV, with a convenient half bath on the main level. The detached Bunkhouse offers a second kitchen, full bath and 2 bunk beds.

Guest Access:
You will get a message the day of your arrival when the home is ready for check in, which includes the door entry code and wifi password. We do not offer luggage drop off and early arrival is extremely limited by prior approval only. Our Housekeeping Team needs adequate time to prepare the home for your visit. We do not give access information until the home has been prepared for your arrival.

This property is not managed by Suncadia Resort, and guests of this property do not have access to the following amenities provided by the resort: access to the Swim and Fitness Center, access to Nelson Farm Pool, IntraResort Shuttle Service, Suncadia Resort charges a FEE for these services that our Guests do not pay.

We encourage you to book your activities as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Our area is a busy destination for recreation travelers and it is often difficult to get a dining reservation or tee time without planning ahead. Please let us know if we can assist or provide contact information for any planned activities at the time you make your reservation.

Other Things to Note:
Tampering with the hot tub in any way will result in a minimum $300 fee, plus repair costs, to be paid by the primary guest immediately upon departure. This includes fouling the water. No exceptions. Thank You for your understanding.

Due to wildlife activity, including bears, do not leave trash or food of any kind outside or in your cars.
