Firstly, regarding privacy, the suite has been designed to offer comfort and seclusion, with no visibility between spaces. The property is equipped with outdoor cameras and your door code was unique to you, unless you decide to share it with someone else. Absolutely no one entered your space during your stay. The only time a manager enters the space is upon communicating with a guest and guest agrees for manager to enter in order to correct any issues or to setup for a surprise for their partner or love ones. Regarding amenities, our kitchenette includes a microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, and outdoor BBQ grill with utensils, as described accurately on our listing. We regret any confusion regarding the sink; the bathroom sink serves all guest needs, and we've found it meets expectations effectively. Concerning temperature control, we are always responsive to guest requests for adjustments. We apologize if there was any misunderstanding during your stay. Regarding cleanliness, we take this matter seriously. Our cleaning crew ensures meticulous preparation before each guest's arrival and our senior manager does a thorough walk-through after each clean. We regret any oversight found during your stay and appreciate your efforts in maintaining cleanliness. This was never brought to our attention by you, and we would have came by promptly to address any issues if present. Regarding the pool, it undergoes regular maintenance and cleaning every Wednesday. Any temporary appearance issues are promptly addressed to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. As for electrical concerns, we have inspected all outlets and switches to ensure they are in proper working order, no issues were found before and after your stay. If there were any issues during your stay, we wish we had been notified to address them promptly. We take pride in offering a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests and regret that your experience fell short of expectations.
