Start your vacation off right at the Lighthouse Retreat. This rental features and outdoor heated pool, screened in deck and a swim dock! This complex is situated in a protected cove at the 1-mile marker, making it perfect for a relaxing day floating on the water, and just a short distance by land or car to the Bagnell Dam Strip, Osage Beach, and tons of the lakes best attractions.

Kitchen and Dining Area
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials and boasts a beautiful dining table with seating for 6.

Living Room
The living room features a flat screen TV, DVD player, and a queen sized sleeper sofa.

Master Suite
The Master Suite features a Queen-sized bed, closet, nightstands, and a single vanity sink with tub/shower combo.

Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, and a twin sized bunk bed.

Bathroom
The second bathroom also features a single vanity sink and tub/shower combo.

Outside
Outside on the screened in deck you will find amazing views of the lake, and a large outdoor sectional to kick back and relax.

Neighborhood Description
Lighthouse Landing is a condo complex on the northern shore of the Lake of the Ozarks. This complex is located at the 1 mile marker, just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, Osage Beach, boat and jet ski rentals and tons of lakefront bars and restaurants.

To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
