POOL: Is vacuumed and cleaned professionally, once a week on Thursday mornings. Due to Florida weather, rains, winds, tree shedding season, and shaded tree surroundings, we cannot guarantee leaves and debris won't have fallen in the pool upon your arrival. Please feel free to use provided pool nets to remove top debris. Refunds regarding pool natural debris, or weather related issues, pool algae due to extreme summer heat and high volume swimmers coming in from the Gulf to pool will not be provided.
