This 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home sleeps 10 comfortably. On the upper level, the two
bedrooms are housed with luxurious king size beds and the ground level rooms include
three queen beds and two cozy twin XL beds. The living space is open and allows
guests to mingle comfortably with two couches, a dining table and four stools for the
kitchen island. Feel free to extend into the outside patio where there is additional
outdoor seating with umbrella coverage if you choose.
You’ll also find the house is equipped with xfinity wifi throughout! The TV’s located on
the lower level offer all streaming platforms perfect to make memories for movie night
with family and friends!
Soak in the surrounding beauty while lounging on an expansive deck & enjoy the feeling
of being up in the trees. This vacation property is optimal for your morning coffee with a
picturesque sunrise over the cove or stargazing at night. Porch includes Weber Spirit
3-burner propane grill. Share together time & cozy up by the lakeside fire-pit with
stunning scenery. Split firewood located on property.
The Grandview Lodge sits close to the water with steps that lead to a stationary sun
deck. There you’ll find two kayaks, one paddleboard, and a storage box with provided
life jackets, but feel free to bring your own! Be sure to plan to explore the waters of the
quiet and calm cove, fish off the deck, or just relax in the shade.
PLEASE NOTE: The boat hoist is off limits, but this nice dock offers use of the multiple
boat slips to tie up your boat and PWC. Closeby watercraft rentals and boat ramps are
located just three minutes away at Parkway Marina. Directly across the lake is Mitchell's
Point Marina; a full service gas dock, with a Restaurant & Pizzeria (absolute best pizza
around) with take-out, outdoor patio dining & tiki bar featuring local artist live music
Fridays & Saturdays through the summer; Captain Scoop Hand Dipped Ice Cream
shop; Captain Bert's Fishin' Charters; & Nevermind Marine Service (mobile boat repair).
PARKING: The spacious area in front of the house fits parking for six vehicles.
Items to bring: Lake towels, trash bags, paper goods (toilet tissue, paper towels),
detergent (dish & laundry) flashlight, firewood for fire-pit, cone filters for coffee maker.
Items NOT to bring: Pets, Worries & stress.
Items you’ll WISH you had brought: camera, water toys, sun block, fishing gear, cooler,
lawn chairs.
Linen fee will cover all linens for your beds and 2 towels and wash cloth per person.

There must be one adult at least 25 years of age occupying the property. That qualifying person must provide payment via credit card for the rental deposit and is responsible for the leased property. Copy of the ID required upon booking.
