seating just across the street. Jaco beach is
one block away. This beautiful black sand
beach offers great walks and is 2.5 miles long.
Surfboards, umbrellas and chairs can be rented
on the beach. Local shops & restaurants are
just a step out the gate it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Pura Vida living!

Security gate first and then key and private key code access. 5 guests per condo. If you have questions ask.
Other things to note
Amazing safe place to stay. Right down town but quiet in the complex. Association has rules that must be followed and questions ask. I will have them listed as well on the coffee island. Pretty simple common sense. Biggest one is guests per stay. 5 additional guests per stay no more unless longer then a week. Ask if you have questions I’ll explain
