-Check-in time is 4pm central time. Check-out time is no later than 10am central time.
-NO smoking, parties, events, or pets allowed.
-A rental agreement must be signed to secure your reservation. If the rental agreement is not signed, you will not receive the arrival information. The arrival information will be e-mailed 7 days prior to arrival as long as the rental agreement has been signed and the reservation has been paid in full. Should you book within 7 days of arrival or less, the rental agreement will need to be signed immediately so we can get you all of the appropriate arrival information.
-Main booking guest must be at least 25+ years of age to rent this property, send ID verification required as well as be present during the entire stay of the reservation. The person who books must be 25 years of age at the time of booking & present during the entire stay.
-We can't access the mailbox, so please don't send mail or packages here—they won't be retrievable.
-There are cameras on the outside of this property. One overlooking the driveway, a ring doorbell camera, and one overlooking the back yard.
