Der Mercado (Spanisch für den Markt) war der Gewinner des Builder´s Choice Award 2007 für das Projekt des Jahres. Entworfen von Looney Ricks Kiss Architects aus Memphis, TN, wurde das Gebäude als "am erfolgreichsten europäisch empfunden" mit knackigen Mühlen, gewölbten Decken, tiefen Gauben und offenen Balkonen beschrieben. Rosemary Beach, our happy place!

We had the best trip & we highly recommend this unit! We needed 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms for 4 adults. It was perfection..way better than the pics. Close to all the things! We've stayed in lots of great places in Rosemary, but this one tops them all!

Great location!!! Cool set up!

The location is the absolute best! We enjoyed the layout of the floor plan, which was perfect for our group of 2 couples. We felt the slip covers on the sofas needed a good wash and the area rugs were pretty spotted up upon arrival. New bed pillows needed, but beds were very comfortable. Just a few things needed attention! The kitchen was fully equipped and appreciated the upscale appliances. Nicely appointed kitchen with quality pans, utensils etc! Made cooking not so bad. Loved hanging out on the balcony people watching. Would suggest cushions on all the hard seating. Overall pretty nice digs! The starter packs were a very thoughtful perk!

Great stay in Rosemary

The property was great and as advertised. Location is excellent and close to everything you need with an easy walk to the beach and pools. The host was proactive and thorough, sent along arrival, stay and departure instructions.

Excellent location and accommodations

Loved the location, which is a 2 minute walk to great restaurants, the beach and shopping! We have a 2 month old, so easy and fast access to everything we wanted was key! We had an issue with one of the 3 toilets and as soon as we reached out, a technician was sent to assist.

What a day at 30A!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! Very nicely decorated and the two upper master bedrooms is an excellent feature for two couples. The location is fantastic. On the square, close to shops, restaurants and the farmers market (Sundays). While the management company has some challenging reviews, we have no complaints and will stay here again.

Perfect Rosemary Beach Accommodation

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. The condo is accurately described and photographed. You’ll not find any surprises or disappointments when you arrive. It’s very clean and safe. The location is right in the center of the town square and less than a five minute walk to the beach. The staff were attentive and accommodating. We’ll definitely be returning.

Great location but road noise is a little high. Steps can be challenge as 2 BR /washer upstairs. House needs super clean. Upholstery covers, rugs, walls dirty. Cooktop fan VERY gross. Probably would not rent again.

The Perfect Location!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo right in the heart of Rosemary Beach!! The online description was exactly as it was and the home had everything we needed. It was spotless and we loved the location. The bikes that were included were a huge plus! We had a baby with us for a couple days and it would have been nice to have known that the home actually had 2 pack and plays that he could have slept in. When i messaged the property managers prior to our stay to ask about this, they gave me the number for a business that rents baby equipment. We didn’t want to pay $90 so we brought our own with us. It would have saved us some extra luggage had we known that there was one (actually 2) in the home. Like i said, the home was so well stocked with everything we needed! The welcome gift was so kind and appreciated as well! The hair dryer in the master bedroom didn’t work so i sent a message and a new one was delivered within an hour (on a Sunday). The communication was amazing! The home is beautifully decorated and in the best location. We had such a wonderful time and look forward to renting again! Thank you!

Terrific and as-billed

This place was right on the main town square. We were there over the holidays and you could see the town Christmas tree and the post office with its giant wreath. Gorgeous. We stay in VRBO-type places a lot, and this was the closest to staying in a nice hotel. Seamless, professional check-in and both automated and human contact before arrival. Clear instructions about departure, easy to follow. We loved the place itself. Plenty of room, nicely but not overbearingly decorated. Comfortable couches. We don’t cook but well-stocked tools in the kitchen. Beds reasonably comfortable, bathrooms nice. And the town itself, if you don’t know it, is truly lovely. Small issues only did not detract from our overall happiness with the stay — (1) elevator has a code but was a little flaky; (2) master bedroom ceiling fan had a wobble that made it noisy so we didn’t use it: (3) there was a hole in the master bath shower handle (where there would usually be a pull for a diverter —no real issue but everyone worries about could there be a camera); (4) some of the buttons on the dishwasher are worn off (ie you can see the LED underneath, with no cover); (5) TV had three remotes but no instructions that I could sort out. Again, those didn’t detract at all from our stay. Of more than a dozen VRBO-type places we have stayed at, this was the closest to a great suite in a really nice hotel, and we would totally stay here again.

Gorgeous property, amazing location

My wife and I couldn't have been more pleased with this condo for our 11-month-old son's first beach trip. The place was immaculate, spacious, contemporary, and WOW what a location. It was hard to leave at the end of our stay! Parking was extremely accessible as were top restaurants, coffee, and the incredible beach just steps away. This was a perfect place to stay for a trip we'll always remember.

Great vacation house!

LOVED our stay! The property is so conveniently located in the middle of Rosemary Beach and close to all of the community amenities. The house was clean and ready for our arrival, and the check-in/check-out process was seamless and easy. Plenty of space, great views, thoughtfully decorated. I could go on and on! Great location! Walking distance to everything!

We had a beautiful vacation at this condo. Four of us flew in for a girls weekend. The location of this condo was absolutely perfect! We could sit on the balcony and watch the downtown activities as well as sitting out there and having our morning coffee and we played boardgames in the evening. The building was very quiet and nicely furnished. We cooked in the kitchen and had everything that we needed for breakfast and dinner. We walked to the beach in just minutes and enjoyed the farmers market as well as the local shopping. By the way, you could see the farmers market from the balcony of this unit. Everything was fantastic and we made some great memories! Thank you!
