Ideally situated just a mile from the beach and close to the heart of Gulfport's downtown Entertainment District, Coastal Pool Retreat is a charming three-bedroom cottage close to the beach, the Mississippi Aquarium, casinos, and numerous shops and restaurants.

Coastal Pool Retreat is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family. Relax on the front porch rocking chairs and catch a Gulf Coast breeze or take a relaxing dip in the private heated pool (available OCT - MARCH). You won't want to leave!

At Coastal Pool Retreat you will find a clean, elegantly decorated space with all the conveniences of home. The kitchen is fully stocked and has what you need to whip up a vacation meal. It is equipped with an oven/stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee bar, and all the utensils you will need for preparing meals on days you rather stay in the comforts of home, than eating out at the numerous Gulfport hot spots.

The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the flat-screen SmartTV. Our bedrooms are a King and Queen with Smart TVs, and the third bedroom has bunk beds.

The large fenced-in backyard boasts a heated pool (for an extra fee) and plenty of seating to sit back and relax or lay out and get a tan.

While at Coastal Pool Retreat you will feel completely at home and never need to leave the property to have a fantastic stay, but if you can tear yourself away, you'll find yourself minutes away from the heart of Gulfport. It has many great restaurants, antique stores, the Mississippi Aquarium, Ship Island Excursions, and much more for you to enjoy, much within easy walking distance.

***Please be aware before booking that seven people is the most that can be on the property. A waiver must be electronically signed for all people on the property. It is not meant for social gatherings. The guest limit will be strictly enforced***

***We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of guests and property outside of the home. There are no inside cameras.***

***Up to two dogs are allowed for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Please select that you will be bringing your furry friend(s) when making the reservation or we will need to send an additional payment request after booking***

***The pool can be heated to a comfortable swimming temperature of 82 degrees during your stay for an additional $75 heating fee (available OCT - MARCH). Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance of arrival ***

Perfect Cottage

This property was clean and well decorated. We had everything we needed to cook, or relax at the pool. It was perfect for my husband and I to have a relaxing weekend, and we could let our little dog out in the fenced in backyard and not worry about his safety. The neighbor hood was quiet, and it’s close to the park and restaurants. This house is adorable, we would definitely stay here again!!!

Cute house

Overall the stay went well. The location was a little unexpected (we carry anyway ) but had no issues. House was clean, A/C works wonderful and plenty of hot water… but 1 bathroom for 6 women I didn’t think to look into that amenity until after booking. The inside was very cute and we enjoyed the back porch even though we couldn’t enjoy the pool due to the weather being terrible.

Pictures need updating

It was not a bad stay very much enjoyable and the pool is nice really good beach theme but the pictures that are shown need to be updated.The grill in the pictures is not the one there and the grass and weeds was like 2 and half feet tall and the shower barley gave out hot water but not crazy bad. Just needs some yard upkeep it's kinda bad but other than that they stay was enjoyable

40th birthday sister getaway

We loved everything about this house!!! Perfection for our trip! From the pool to the back porch, living room, and the spacious bedrooms it was amazing! It is in an older neighborhood but we never felt unsafe and the front landscaping could use a little TLC but thats nothing really to complain about. Will book again!

A much needed rest

Our stay was great. We relaxed in the pool, listened to the morning doves and watched the birds and squirrels play. We enjoyed great food at the many restaurants we visited and just recharged in the kindness of people and southern hospitality. If you are looking for a highly touristy area, Gulfport is not it. If you just want to relax and unwind, this is the place for you.

Home away from home!!

We stayed this past week for the 2nd time coming for a week long family vacation. We love this home and everything it has to offer with the pool being a huge plus. The owner kept in touch and ensured our stay was as it should be. The home fits my little family well. This will definitely be an every year vacation home for me, my husband and our three girls. 10/10 definitely recommend!

Sweet house with pool

Immaculately clean, elegantly decorated, super comfy beds and living room, quiet and peaceful. The pool was very clean and my family had fun swimming in it. The neighborhood is older but not creepy at all. We felt very safe. Good restaurants are only a few blocks away. Planning on staying here again.

Cute!

Stayed at this property the first week of June. Whoever renovated this house did such a good job. It’s very cute and the pool is the cherry on top! The neighborhood is a little run down in spots but is safe nonetheless. Just blocks from the beach and good restaurants also in close proximity. House was very clean and came well equipped. Would definitely stay at this property again.

It has a pool!!

The house has everything you need + some!! Comfy beds, nice towels, beautiful kitchen and the backyard/pool! Loved it!! The neighborhood is a mix of well taken properties and some that were a little run down - however felt completely safe. There was a rooster that like to crow throughout the day - annoying at first but then added to the charm. :) I will definitely rent here again!

We loved the house and pool!

We had so much fun. The inside of the house is so nice, the kitchen is awesome and we loved the pool. It’s a little on the smaller side but we still loved it. I would have given all 5 stars but the glass on the front door was broken and taped, the yard needed mowing pretty bad and the flower beds in the back yard were overgrown. Could just take those up and have a nice yard. The owners did get the yard mowed very quickly and were really nice.

Nice older home...

The house was a nice older home with modern updates (flooring, appliances, entertainment, with a pool). The family and I absolutely loved the house and location from the beach. The pool was best of all! Bed and bath linens were clean and plentiful. Our only negative was the area around pool and yard in general needed cleaning! The garden hose and skimmer was laying on the ground with no specific place to put away. I fly like it was an accident waiting to happen if someone were to trip over! There were many limbs laying around as well. However, with that being said my family and I would consider this property again in the future!

Great house.

I stayed the weekend and was very impressed with the house. The theee bedrooms were very nice size. The kitchen is massive and has everything you need to cook. Nice cookware. The bathroom has been renovated. The living room was very nice. The only problem I found with the house is to get the hot water to work in the shower, you have to turn the hot water knob 360° at least twice before the hot water would come on. Once it does it is super hot with great water pressure. During our stay it was too cold to get in the pool but maybe next time.

I was supposed to have access at 4. I didn’t get inside until close to 5. Found property to have. It been cleaned. Property Manager was very nice and cordial but I was disappointed the house wasn’t ready for us. Maid came and cleaned while my granddaughter and I went to eat dinner.
