Greetings from the Mississippi Gulf Coast, where you and your group will find a friendly environment for any age to enjoy countless entertainment attractions, restaurants and shopping that are available. To make your stay pleasant, our house is located a block from the beach with picturesque views of the water. The house is centrally located to all the major attractions for your convenience. The house was recently renovated to make a memorable visit! The house includes, but is not limited to the following:

• 3 Bedrooms with high quality, elite plush mattresses
o Master bedroom suite features a king size bed
o Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and USB ports in
adjacent bedside lamps
• Bedrooms + living room have smart televisions enabled
with WIFI and steaming services for your entertainment
(cable service not provided)
• Two full baths with shower/tub
• High chair + pack-n-play for infants (located in master
closet)
• Various board games
• Cornhole board game for day & evening fun (located in master closet)
• Beach wagon, beach chairs and umbrella located in storage box in backyard
• Backyard soft string lighting with propane fire pit + adirondack chairs
• Spacious backyard deck equipped with a table + chairs,
available to seat six
• Kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, stove/oven,
refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster,

This house was perfect for a weekend stay for our family of four. It was well stocked and comfortable. I love that the hosts were very intentional in the things they made available in the house (a pen and post-its on the desk came in very handy during our stay!). Hosts were extremely attentive and very quick to respond to questions. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting the area!

Perfect Home and Location

Everything about the home was perfect and exactly as described. The home was in a perfect location with the beach. There was public parking so we choose to drive there but one could easily walk. The fenced in yard was great for our pet. The kitchen had everything needed and then some. We were provided with excellent communication and instructions. I highly suggest this home! Fun at the gulf

The property was spacious, clean and well stocked. Location was excellent to walk to the beach and close to so many restaurants. Loved the deck and the firepit. We stayed a month and it felt like home.

**3-Star Review: Misleading Stay at Sunshine on the Beach - Gulfport, MS** We stayed here for two nights while evacuating from a Florida hurricane, hoping for a peaceful retreat. I brought my 80-year-old mom and 89-year-old aunt, but the stay turned out to be quite disappointing. The biggest issue was the constant noise. The house is right by train tracks, and trains pass by at all hours, blaring their horns excessively. On top of that, it’s under a flight path for both civilian and military planes, so the noise overhead was constant. Cars with loud, booming stereos added to the chaos. Even with earplugs and bathroom fans running, we couldn’t get any rest. The house, while nicely decorated, isn’t elderly-friendly. The front steps are steep, clearly not up to code, and the handrails were loose, making them dangerous. The back steps were slightly better but still concerning for seniors. The master bathtub drains extremely slowly, leaving you standing in water during your shower, and it takes over an hour to fully drain. Another safety concern is a door in the laundry room marked "NOT AN EXIT," which leads to a drop with no stairs or railing. This could be very dangerous, especially for kids. While the décor is lovely, the living room furniture is uncomfortable for anyone larger than a petite size. I’m surprised no other reviews mentioned these issues. We felt misled by previous ratings and won’t be returning.

I booked this for my best friend’s bachelorette trip and it was absolutely perfect. Not only was everything clean, but organized very well. The host David was very kind and communicated very well. This cute house is a short drive to everything. Thoroughly enjoyed.

Wonderful getaway

The house was perfect for a small family getaway. It was just as advertised. It was a very short walk to the beach, which was clean and not overly crowded. Beach also has bathrooms on site. The house was clean and everything advertised was there. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking. Laundry room was easy to use. The bathrooms and closets were clean and ready to use. Beds were comfortable. Off street parking with 1 covered spot. We will definitely keep this rental on our list for future vacations.

Lovely house in a great location!

Loved the house, perfect size for us. The deck and fire pit were wonderful also. Walk to the beach took no time at all. And the beds were so very comfortable. Definitely would stay again.
