This 5-star VRBO rental consistently received top ratings until your stay. Another guest who departed the SAME DAY 7/20/24 you checked in, also left a glowing review. I have provided evidence to VRBO from my reputable cleaning company showing that your claims are unfounded. Your complaints surfaced late in your stay (6 days to be exact) after the rain began. If you felt the place was not suitable why not contact VRBO or myself immediately? Your 1st contact was less than 36 hours before checkout and no evidence was given to me, despite my prompt responses (2 mins) recorded with VRBO. I sent the cleaning company to address your concerns, instead you demanded compensation from them and asked them to get the “F” out when they refused. Your disruptive behavior and threats to call the health Dept and contact a lawyer to pressure me to pay you did not work, so you called the police and created another story. BTW Officer Ludwig said you entered the residence just fine, so the Spider-Man story is reaching. VRBO AND the Police dept were notified of your harassment for money. The facts and evidence support my position, highlighting your dishonesty because VRBO IS timestamped and Smart Locks are smart so your exaggerated timeline is laughable. Your negative review will remain, as I will not entertain baseless demands, but I will pursue you for the malicious damages you left behind with no consideration for the next guests in your failed attempt to get a refund.
