Home of Lake Loveland and Boyd Lake, there are plenty of outdoor activities including paddle boarding, kayaking and fishing. Don't forget about Devils Backbone where you can enjoy a day hiking through the foothills enjoying scenic views of the Rocky Mountains.

Downtown offers plenty of restaurants, art galleries, sculpture gardens, and shopping. Craft beer lovers will be excited by more than 30 breweries within 30 minutes of the home. Downtown Loveland is less than 5 minutes away with bars, music venues, breweries, an outdoor theater and so much more.

Take the gorgeous, 30-minute drive to the famed Estes Park for a day trip of hiking and exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. A one-hour drive north you'll find Cheyenne, Wyoming and Denver is only an hour south.
