Thank you for the wonderful review, and we hope to welcome your family back one day.

So glad this was a good getaway for your family. The pool and hot tub tend to be where guests spend most of their time, and it sounds like that held true for you. Knowing our team was quick to respond and that you felt looked after is exactly what we aim for. Thank you for the kind words, and you're always welcome back anytime.

Sitting on the porches enjoying the weather was a highlight! Rooms were spacious and accurate to pictures and descriptions. The kitchen was awesome for accommodating so many people. The game room kept the children occupied when they were not in the pool. Having multiple televisions was a plus. Highly recommend, and would consider returning to this property if needed in the future. The host was very easy to contact, and answered any questions promptly.*****The only negative was that the pool had a hidden heating cost. Since the pool is listed as one of the top attractions to the property, the expectation is that full use of it would be included in the rent. The daily fee was high.

Thank you for the recommendation! Porch weather, a kitchen built for a crowd, and kids bouncing between the pool and game room sound like the house is working at full capacity. We hear you on the pool heating fee, and we've shared that feedback with our team to make the cost clearer upfront in the listing. We'd be glad to host you again!

This overall was a great spot for our big wedding party. Big enough to host enough adults and plenty of space to hang out including the awesome covered porch on top of the pool area. We really enjoyed that spot. Close enough to Pigeon Forge, and all other attractions.

Thank you so much for choosing our home for such a special occasion! We're delighted to hear it provided the perfect backdrop for your wedding party, with plenty of room for everyone to gather and unwind. The covered porch above the pool is a favorite of ours, too, so it's wonderful to know you enjoyed that spot as much as we hoped you would. With Pigeon Forge and the area's attractions just a short drive away, we're glad the location worked beautifully for your group. We'd love to welcome you back for another memorable stay!

This was our second year in a row staying at this property for a church retreat. We had 26 guests, so there was plenty of room. Clean property, great location, and plenty of things to do. There was a breaker issue and a water issue on two different days, but as soon as we contacted maintenance, they responded and fixed them almost immediately. The price increased by over 1,000 in one year (and we actually rented it one day shorter than the year before). We understand that prices are increasing everywhere, but this will likely prevent us from renting this property again in the future. Overall, a great experience once again.

Great location, great property, great for the kids as well as the adults. Although, the cabin was filthy upon arrival, absolutely disgusting, cleaning services definitely need to be addressed the hot tub was also untouched from the previous people and they had to come out during our stay and reclean taking it out of of service for that day. Other than that, great cabin.

We travel as a team, this stay was our nicest place yet. The pool is clean and warm. The hottub was hot. The kitchen for our chef, well, she said it was as close to a professional kitchen in a private house yet. We did have an issue, but it was minor and the managers were on it super fast. Great Place with Great Family

The house was clean and easily accessible with plenty of room for the 17 of us. Game room was a huge hit with the kids and adults as well as the pool. However the pool area was in the 80's keep in mind this was in July so it maybe cooler the rest of the year. Location was great 20 mins from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg with a Dollar store for quick snacks 5 mins away. House could use wine and rocks glasses but other then that we had a great time and look forward to vacationing there again.

Our stay at Boon was memorable! From the time we arrived early, we were pleasantly greeted by the housekeeping staff that were finishing up preparing the house. They took time out of their busy schedule to provide us with great locations to visit and tips on bear prevention. Now, the house was everything would could’ve asked for. From the double appliances to living spaces, and amenities for the kid was fabulous. After a long day of hiking, sight seeing, and just taking in everything the area had to offer it was amazing coming back to the Boon House at the end of the day. The Boon House offers peace and tranquility and is only a 20 minute to the hustle and bustle the town have to offer. Needless to say, The Boon House is as advertised!
