Jennifer was a great host! The 2BR that we were supposed to stay in had a leak before we arrived, so Jennifer graciously upgraded us to a 4BR at the same complex!! It was a beautiful place in a terrific location. The home was attractively decorated with a ski motif and was very clean. Checking in was super easy, and everything was well marked. There were plenty of towels and cookware and they had lots of amenities (like thoughtfully having sealed toothbrushes and toothpaste in case you forgot yours!) The location is perfect--super close to a supermarket and coffee shop and pub but also super close to great scenic drives and hikes in Cottonwood canyon. And, it's only about 20 min to downtown. Jennifer was attentive to our needs and checked on us through the app several times to make sure everything was going smoothly. The hot tub was a terrific way to relax every evening, the TV was HUGE and had a great sound system, and we enjoyed the foosball and all the games they had available. And, we used the grill almost every night to cook our meals! There were lots of brochures and guides and books to help you decide what you want to do in the wonderful SLC area. The place we stayed in was actually #142268 but the app would not let us change so we had to leave the review here. Thanks for everything Jennifer, we'll definitely stay here again when we come back!

FANTASTIC! This was not only a terrific place to stay in a great location, but the host, Jennifer, was amazing! I don't think we've ever experienced a kinder more accommodating host. This place was very clean, the instructions for check in and out and the local information and recommendations were incredible. If you aren't sure whether you should book this place- we would say- just do it! You will be very happy here.

Great, Relaxing Stay

My college girlfriends & I wanted to get away to the mountains for some R&R this summer, and the condo was perfect for us. Everything was clean and as listed. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was great. And the instructions from the host were very easy to follow. I would absolutely stay here again or recommend it to anyone else.

Our stay was amazing. Jennifer is the most thorough person of contact I have ever had at a VRBO before. Great communication and offers suggestions on things to do, places to eat, etc. This was my first time in Salt Lake City and when I come back I would definitely stay here again! We have stayed in many places in Utah. This beautiful townhome, was exactly as described! Everything about it was perfect. The cleanest home we have rented. Also, it has almost everything needed for cooking. That was a first. The owner, Jennifer, was very accommodating. I would love to stay here again.

No need to look further because This Is The Place!

There are so many wonderful aspects to this property, there isn’t enough room to extoll its many virtues or the quick responsiveness and generous thoughtfulness of its super hostess, Jennifer! Large comfy family room with a beautiful artistic dĂ©cor that complements the natural Utah vibe – take some time to look around, you’ll see beautiful little accents around every turn. All the creature comforts of home, washer/dryer, dish washer, garbage disposal, double oven - this kitchen is better stocked with utensils than my own - and if you don’t see something you want, keep looking, it’s bound to be there. Three full bathrooms, two bedrooms (one with master bath with jetted tub), and a day bed on the first landing that could easily be a third sleeping area. I have to take a moment to talk about the beds – Most Comfortable Mattress Ever! I slept for 8 hours straight for the first time in many years, as did my husband. And the crĂšme de la crĂšme – the hot tub. It has different jets at each corner and side, and it’s private, right outside the back sliding glass door, with views to soothe the mind while the jets massage the body. After hiking or skiing, it’s the perfect way to end the day, or get reinvigorated for a night of dinner, dancing, drinks, in the city or at one of the fantastic restaurants in the many nearby canyons. Thank You Thank You Thank You, Jennifer, for providing a little bit of Shangri-La where you can actually have that memorable vacation that you always hoped for!

Great condo and location!

Overall, condo has a great layout with plenty of space. The beds were very comfortable, there was high-speed internet which was helpful when I was working remotely, and nice outdoor hot tub which was great after a day in the mountains. Excellent communication with the owners and checking in/out was a breeze. I would highly recommend this condo and its location to big and little cottonwood canyon and the several restaurants in the area.

Perfect location for everything.

Super clean, well stocked kitchen, great location, close to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons for summer drives up the mountains.. Hot tub a bonus. Perfect for our needs. Easy to check in/out, host available by phone or email.

Wonderful condo. Love the location. Jennifer was great and responsive. Well appointed condo - everything you need is there. Quiet. Beds are incredibly comfortable. I will only be booking this place when I visit SLC. Truly deserves 5 stars. I didn’t want to leave.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to look at our property! I am a Utah real estate broker and property manager and my husband is a builder/developer/GC. We have a 10 year old daughter, Avery.
We are native to Utah. We love the outdoors and love the SNOW! I have been involved in the vacation rental business for 30+ years....at one time managing over 90 vacation rentals. Now having my own and managing a few for others I can provide the attention to detail I was unable to provide when handling so many. Because of my affiliation in the outdoor sports industry I provide many special extras in our properties to make them more comfortable and of course, MORE FUN!!! I personally go to each unit before and after each stay to make sure everything is just right! If you have questions or concerns, just look at the guest comments! Location! This community has the best of both worlds - it is great for the owners and their family to visit because it is close to family members and close to all the activities they enjoy (including winter sports)....but also great as a vacation rental for others.....the unit is fully licensed as a tourist home (required by Cottonwood Heights). This is very important as there are many renting illegally and they could be shut down by the city at any time.

This condo/town home is so spacious and comfortable.
The location is ideal - right at the mouth of the Canyons so we can ski in 20 minutes, yet still in Salt Lake county with quick access to the freeway to go downtown or to Park City. Grocery stores (Smith's, Whole Foods, Target, Trader Joe's) and restaurants are close by as well. We are one of the only communities within walking distance to Porcupine Pub, Alpha Coffee, Eight Settlers Distillery and restaurant, 7-11 and The Lift House Sports.

There are several things that set our properties apart:
We have at least 5 different types of pillows in each condo as not all guests like the same type of pillow.
Each mattress and pillow have protectors that are laundered frequently. Our rugs are laundered frequently as well.
Our spices and cooking essentials are plentiful and refilled or replenished as needed.
We offer many books, maps and literature on local things to do as well as our personal 'local' recommendations.
We live within 10 minutes from the property. We are in the community often as we have two other condos in the community. We are readily available if needed but not right next door "spying on you" :)
