Welcome to our centrally located, updated VRBO house in the heart of town! The house sleeps up to 7 people MAX. The house includes a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, garage access and a fully landscaped backyard. Outdoor amenities include comfortable seating, a picnic table, a BBQ grill, and a private hot tub! Entertainment includes an Arcade table, Roku TVs in the living room and all bedrooms, books, puzzles/games, and an Amazon Luna. Book now!

*** NO PARTIES/EVENTS! ***

The absolute max amount of people allowed is 7 NO EXCEPTIONS. The house can sleep up to 7, however, any additional guests over 5 people will automatically be charged an extra fee that will include the set up of an extra queen bed. It will be placed in the twin room in place of the desk and chair.
There is a pack and play available in the king room closet, sheets are not included.

There is a hot tub that is available for guests to use- It can seat up to 5 people. Please be sure to adhere to the safety rules that are posted! PLEASE DO NOT ADD SOAP OR BUBBLE SOLUTION TO THE SPA! Doing so will incur extra charges! Please be sure to shower before getting in the hot tub to ensure it remains clean during your stay.
Due to regular water replacement, we cannot guarantee the temperature of the hot tub for the first 24 hours of your stay.

Need more space? Our other listing is right next door, making it convenient for large groups!

The house includes a doorbell at the front door that records video and audio for the exterior only. It is motion activated and will alert us once you have arrived.
The garage is now available to guests! Two cars can park in the garage and additional cars can park on the driveway. Please DO NOT park on our side yard or in the street!

There is an EV charger located outside on the left side of the garage. You will be provided with a garage opener. Please make sure to leave it when you check out!

***We are only able to accommodate a maximum of 4 cars (personal vehicles ONLY) We do not allow Commercial Vehicles or trailers that cannot park in the garage or on the driveway!!****

This house, as well as Saffron's Silver House, have been dedicated to our beautiful baby girl who passed away very suddenly and tragically.

Nice location clean as described

The best thing parking car in garage and very clean home. I also took advantage of BBQ grill that was very nice NY Strip steak and hot tub. We in joyed our time there.

Kingman Stay With Hot Tub

We were in Kingman for our Aunts 80th birthday. This place was perfect, very clean and had everything we needed and more. The hot tub was great to soak in after a long day of travel. We will definitely be looking this place up when we come back to Kingman if it’s available.

Nice Location in quiet neighborhood, Easy Access to places we were visiting

Property was nice in a quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean, had all the accessories you needed to stay. A simple backyard with a hot tub, chairs to sit, BBQ and a grass area. All the bedrooms were perfect for each friend and family member with us. Definitely will look up our host again for future visits.

Grand Canyon Adventure

We are doing a road trip as a 50 th Birthday celebration and our first stop was the Grand Canyon so the house was a perfect base to rest up each evening. It’s so clean and organised every single thing you need is provided.

Awesome House

This was the perfect place to stay to visit the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam! The house is very nice, the beds were so comfortable and my family kept saying how they thought of everything we would need. The Hoover Dam and West Rim were only about 1.5 hours away and the South Rim was about 2.5 hours away.

Celebration of Life

We came to Kingman to get together with family because of the loss of our Mom. She was a beautiful, loving, and wonderful person and will be deeply missed. The place was perfect to come back to and relax in the hot tub. Living room furniture is not comfortable but we weren't in it for long. Would definitely stay again.tub

#RocksForSaffron

We have stayed in many short term rentals over the years--this one we would rate extremely high, obviously! Home was clean, well organized, super comfortable, and very informative of the area. The owners communicated well and the home had everything that we needed for a great stay. We were introduced to Saffron and, through reading her story from the eyes of her parents, we actually felt a total connection. God bless these folks! I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

A little bit about us: Jonathan is an insurance agent and Sharn is a former special education teacher who now manages the houses. We lost our daughter in 2022 and sold our forever home due to the memories being so hard. However, we have decided to turn over a new leaf and try something new. Hosting has given us the opportunity to meet new people and share our space with travelers from all over the world.

Kingman is great if you are looking for a low key place to stay that is close to a lot of things but isn't going to break the bank. The Grand Canyon, Las Vegas, Hualapai Mountains, Lake Havasu, etcetera are all very close, which makes Kingman the perfect place to stop on your trip!

The outdoor EV plug is a great feature. We know that is kind of a niche benefit at this point, as electric cars are still a minority. However, having one ourselves, made us want to offer this feature to our guests.

This house has a great outdoor space that has been fully renovated. It has covered seating with a porch and gazebo. A BBQ is available for your use and the space looks great with grass (it's fake) and Sedona coral gravel. We have also included a picnic table for additional seating. The best feature of the outside is our hot tub that can seat up to 5 people!
