Living Room: Beautiful living room with direct access to a private deck overlooking Pointe West. The living room is a great place to enjoy board games or a movie night. Kitchen: Updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Fully stocked with all the essentials!

Dining: A fun and open dining area with plenty of seating.

Primary Bedroom: King size bed and a wonderful view of the neighborhood pond. Also, this room has direct access to the rear porch. SmartTV with basic cable channels and also streaming services such as Netflix. Just login with your personal credentials and enjoy!

Bedroom 2: This light and bright bedroom boasts a queen size bed. SmartTV with basic cable channels and also streaming services such as Netflix. Just login with your personal credentials and enjoy!

Bedroom 3: Bunk room for kids or the young at heart. This room is STOCKED with movies on DVD, mostly for younger viewers. This TV also has an Amazon Firestick for all of you streaming needs. Just login and enjoy!

Primary Bathroom: Attached to primary bedroom. Stocked with bath towels, hand towels, soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Also other basics like toilet paper and tissue paper.

Guest Bathroom: Centrally located in the hallway with all needed amenities.

Indoor Living: TVs in living room, primary bedroom, second bedroom, and kids bunk room. Fully equipped kitchen, including coffee and filters provided.

Outdoor Living: Pond view porch off of the main living room. Downstairs is a fun place to gather, grill, or visit. Charcoal grill, picnic tables, and a garage stocked with some beach essentials. Enjoy the views!

Parking: Parking for up to 3 vehicles in the driveway. On-street parking available when applicable. The garage is not functional for parking, as we use it for beach amenity storage (beach chairs, umbrella, beach cart, etc.)

General: Free wifi, keyless entry, and all the comforts of home.

Pointe West Resort and Beach Club, on over 1000 acres with 3 miles of private beachfront, features an infinity edge pool, hot tub, large kiddie pool, BBQ pit, fitness center, restaurant, and bar (seasonal), gift shop, access to the beach and more! The bayside features a heated pool with lazy river, hot tub, BBQ pit, fishing, crabbing, biking and hiking trails, kayak ponds and bird estuary.

Wristbands are needed for amenities usage. There is a one-time $25.00 resort fee per person, age 4 and above, for total persons of your reservation; payable to Pointe West Beach Club. Additional or daytime guests are not allowed at the Beach Club.

No events, parties, or large gatherings. 7 guests are welcomed.
No smoking.
Note: The property is a beach house and has stairs to the main floor.
