We loved our stay in this unit!! The condo was perfect with easy access to Ajax and the heart of the coolest place on earth!! The pool/hot tub/gym were excellent as well!! If you are visiting Aspen we highly recommend from someone who has visited Aspen 25 times!!

We had a great stay. The building might be older but both building and unit are nicely upgraded. The unit itself had everything you could need and was very comfortable. A couple of blocks walk to the gondola or to restaurants. We used the free downtown on demand transportation service a couple of times, which was also convenient. The owner was very responsive and helpful as well. Overall, we had a great stay!

Great place. Great location.

Very well appointed place within a short walk to everything. This was an annual guys ski trip and we all agreed that it was the best place we had rented. The daily cleaning was a very nice touch.

Great Stay in Aspen

We had a wonderful in this property. Its central location made it easy to walk to all of Aspen’s beautiful attractions and local restaurants. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked and the bed was very comfortable. James was so friendly and responsive. We will definitely be back!

Great Place to Stay in Aspen

We visited Aspen for the food and wine classic and stayed for four days. The condo was great size for the 5 adults we had with us and James, the owner, did a great job of communicating with me both before and during our stay as needed. Both of the bathrooms were recently redone. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Chateau Roaring Fork

We had a great stay at Chateau Roaring Fork. The condo was clean, and the location was perfect. We had a short walk to the gondola and any restaurants in town. James was a very attentive host, and Abby came by to clean the condo on a regular basis. We will definitely look to book this property again in the future! -Dylan

Great 3BR condo, very clean

Had a great stay. Very well equipped condo. Was fantastic to have regular cleaning service - an added bonus. Loved the fireplace and living room. Only ask would be to update the mattresses - all 3 of us (in different rooms) had the same feedback. But overall was great and would stay again.

Penthouse at Chateau Roaring Fork

We have stayed at a lot of different properties in Aspen over the years and this one is at the top of our list. It was very clean with recently updated bathrooms and nice comfortable beds and the location was fantastic just a short walk to the gondola. The property manager was easy to get in touch with and very attentive to our needs. Two thumbs up!!

James was a great host! Everything from the booking process to check out process was a breeze. James promptly answered any questions and jumped in to assist. We absolutely loved our time here and cannot wait to return some day. The unit is in the perfect location - walking distance to Aspen Mtn and many restaurants/bars in the area. Can’t beat it!

Felt like home

I had a fantastic summer stay! The condo was impeccably clean and incredibly well-stocked—even though I was there solo, it was easy to see how perfect it would be for preparing meals, grilling, and dining as a family or group. I loved starting my mornings with coffee on the patio, taking in the beautiful views of Aspen Mountain. The location was ideal—just a quick walk to town and an easy jump to my favorite hike, the Ute Trail. James was amazing with his communication and care. I can’t wait to return to the magic of Aspen—it’s magically healing.

Amazing Condo

James was truly as good of a host as one could ask for. He was fast to respond and did whatever he could to accommodate the needs of our group. Truly a 5 star host! The condo was also spectacular. Very clean and cozy, and couldn’t be in a better location - about 5-10 min walk to all Aspen has to offer on a beautiful dead end street. Overall highly recommend!
