As you enter, step into the foyer, where you`ll discover two bedrooms, the garage with beach gear, a full bathroom, and the laundry room—all conveniently located on the first floor.

With this layout, you`ll have plenty of room to accommodate your group while enjoying the coastal ambiance from multiple outdoor spaces.

Make your way upstairs to the open living, dining, and kitchen area, where gatherings with friends and family come to life. Sunlight welcomes you as you take in the wrap-around deck and expansive sliders. The primary bedroom, nestled off the living room, boasts a king tempur-pedic adjustable bed, an en-suite full bathroom and slider doors leading to the second-floor balcony, which conveniently connects to the rooftop via exterior stairs.

Guests have access to the full home! There are a few locked closets for the owner and cleaners.

Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. A few minutes from St. Augustine Pier and main beach area.

No smoking.

No pets.

*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

No yard debris in fire pit, only burn firewood (Available for purchase at surrounding grocery and hardware stores)

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!

Maximum 3 cars for driveway parking. No street or garage parking available.
