It was a beautiful place to stay. I loved how close it was to the beach. The road in front of the house was pretty busy but nothing we couldn't handle. Would definitely stay here again.

The home was exactly as pictured and perfect for our family beach vacation. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathroom showers had great water pressure with plenty of towels and toiletries, and the quiet dishwasher was a nice bonus. The large fenced backyard was perfect for our dogs, and the concrete floors helped keep them cool; you should pack cushioned sneakers for house use though. The beach was nearby via the boardwalk across A1A, and the outdoor shower was great for rinsing off sandy feet and paws. The garage had a large washer/dryer, as well as plenty of beach gear which was portable and easy to use. One small thing to note: the oven only had one smaller sheet pan, so you may want to bring your own if you have a teen who lives off frozen chicken tenders and fries.

This is house is a great place to stay. It is within walking distance to the beach. It is within driving distance to numerous restaurants. Loved staying here. We had a great time. Highly recommended!!

How many cars were you trying to park? There is room for at least 4 cars in the driveway and gravel parking area. With a total of 6 guests allowed you should not need any more parking than that.

We had a great time and the location was short driving distance to places. However, we did not find it just a three minute walk to the beach unless you are power walking. It is close and definitely walking distance but more like ten minutes. I would definitely recommend it to friends and other family members.

Location is best

This listing did not disappoint with the walking distance to the beach. Made it great to go and watch the sunrise. Definitely has the new construction feel to the house. Great fenced in yard for our dog to be able to run around. Great that the house was pet friendly.

The property was very clean and the dogs loved the fenced in yard! Host was very professional and helpful with any questions. Processes to check in and out were straight forward and easy. Close to restaurants, Viola’s was fantastic! Beach access is a two minute drive either way. Butler Park East was less crowded than the Crescent Beach access. Downtown St. Augustine is 15-20 minutes away, with lots of options in between. Great spot!Now, some negatives that we found. If you drive a large vehicle, the driveway is tight and A1A is not the best place to back out in to. It takes some manuevering to get turned around but can be done. Also, there is not a single ceiling fan, so if you’re a fan of them like we are, you will be slightly disappointed. Overall, 9/10.

Great Week at a Great House!

We had a great stay at this cool house! It was very roomy, very clean and a very convenient location. It's on A1A, so we had to be careful backing out of the driveway, but it wasn't a big deal. There's a beach access very close that was such a nice, short walk to see the sunrise in the mornings. The owner was very responsive throughout the reservation and check-in process. We did think more comfortable sofa and chairs in the Living Room would make this place perfect!

Family beach trip

Great rental home. We have a large family and we were able to book this one and one 3 minutes up the road. Road to drive on the beach was right up the road as well! The house was clean and just like advertised. Thought we would have issues getting out of driveway on A1A but never had an issue. Walking distance to the beach and some great restaurants. St. Augustine Trip ‘24

The property is great. Its is clean. The owners provide everything needed in terms of dishes, sheets, and towels. Check-in was easy. The check-out process was the easiest I’ve ever encountered in a beach house - the property owners ask for a few very basic things before checkout. No heavy cleaning needed before you can leave! The property is a close walk to the beach but, if this matters to other renters, there are stairs on the beach walkway closest to the house. However, there are plenty of other beach access options including driving on the beach.

Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. This was our first time at the property but definitely not the last. Everything was excellent from the short walk to the beach to the attached garage which allowed a place for the kids to play. The entire back yard is fenced in so there is plenty of room for the kids to roam and play as well. If I had to find a negative point it would be the temperature of the home itself. It is very hard to cool, which can be expected in extreme temps and lack of exterior shad but if you’re used to sleeping in a cold bedroom at night it can be challenging but the host does provide fans in each bedroom. The provided pack and play was very appreciated and can be used as a crib for the smaller children. It’s also one less item you have to pack if you do bring a small child. Each bedroom has 2 towels and wash cloths so you will need to bring laundry detergent in case you need additional towels. Overall, this was an excellent property to visit!

We absolutely loved this house and plan to stay again. The shower in the master bathroom is amazing! Everything we needed for beach days was provided. The big fenced in yard was perfect for our two dogs! The only complaints would be the seating in the living room is not very accommodating (3 adults and 1 child) to relax after a long day. There is only one TV and it’s in the living room so it makes it difficult for everyone to be comfortable to watch a movie or show at the end of the day.
