Wonderful Stay! Quiet Beautiful location, right non the water

We have stayed here twice now and both times were wonderful, we prefer the south end of mission beach as its a bit quieter, this home is very well appointed for any needs, the ground floor with the bbq was great for evening cookouts while the kids played on the beach, people watching is great and everything is within 5-10 walk or bike ride. The Condo has everything you need for a day at the beach, countless beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. We saw numerous Mission Bay Bat Rays and other fish nearby. Our kids enjoyed collecting shells and building sand castles, The ocean side beach is 5 min walk to the west.. We will being returning to stay again to this lovely condo.

Great for a family

Great location on the quiet side of the bay. Very clean, perfect patio, lots of beds and well appointed kitchen. Walking distance to coffee and Belmont Park.

Perfect Location

For our first time in San Diego, this was an ideal location for our family. The property was very clean and comfortable and within walking distance to anytime we wanted to do. Would love to stay again!

We always enjoy staying here when visiting San Diego as it has awesome beach access to still waters, convenient bed setup for a family, convenient laundry, and a central location.

Bayfront condo was all we expected. It was quiet and within walking distance of many activities and restaurants. Drift was amazing to work with. We were well informed and they went the extra mile to accommodate us. We would enjoy returning.

Perfect Vacation!

Location is everything! Right on the bay, and so close to the beach,great restaurants, grocery,rentals etc. In spite of being so close to boardwalk, its still very quiet and peaceful,especially in the mornings, sitting out on the patio with a cup of tea. It was wonderful for our family and felt very spacious.

Excellent place for families with kids (or anyone)! Located right on the bayside beach boardwalk, in a quiet area but a Quick walk to cafes, tacos/burritos etc, and 2 playgrounds. Ground floor patio looking out at the water/beach makes super easy access for families with young kids. The unit was clean, stocked with the essentials and beachtoys, and the management company was very communicative. Checkin/checkout was seamless.

Perfect location to everything! Coffee sunrise, fireworks nights, calm bay with calm waters, 2 parks, running & biking trails, fishing, short walk to the beach and shops and food and entertainment! Space great for 6 guests. We can’t wait to come back!!

There are a lot of good things about this rental, but I do think there is room for improvement. The communication with the rental company was amazing; super fast response and very nice. The location is amazing. The place is filled with a lot of things other places forget. It has all the utensils, plates, pots, coffee pot, etc. However, when looking to book a space with no ac, think twice. The breeze and two fans the host gave us were ok but at night we were absolutely hot. It was so uncomfortable. The fans that were provided to us were so dirty I had to clean off the massive amount of dust before even using them. I even had to buy a small portable ac just to try and not be so hot. I think the host should take into account for how hot it has been and will continue to be in the future and invest in some box fans for the windows or the small ac units for the windows. Especially since some people do not feel comfortable sleeping with windows open at night. Additionally, the place needs a deep clean. The walls and baseboards were dirty. Additionally, they needed some paint from chips from prior guests hitting them. It just felt like certain areas needed some extra attention. There needs to be a mat by the sliding glass door to dry off your feet; we used a towel so we wouldn’t slip everytime we walked in front the outside in once we cleaned off our feet. Overall a good spot. Just some minor things that I feel would really make it a great stay.

We appreciate your suggestions regarding additional cooling options and will keep them in mind as we continue to improve the home. We also appreciate you bringing the other items to our attention. Your feedback regarding the fans, cleanliness, paint, and sliding-door area has been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so these areas can receive additional attention. During the summer season, our homes typically have very limited gaps between reservations, which limits the opportunity to complete non-urgent touch-up projects such as painting. We schedule these improvements during periods with more vacancy after the busy summer season to ensure they can be completed properly. Thank you again for your thoughtful review and for highlighting the positive aspects of your stay. We value your feedback and are always looking for ways to enhance the experience for our guests.
