This property has tons of room! Three bedrooms upstairs, and one bedroom downstairs. A living room with sectional & tv. Game room with tv. Large kitchen, and fun loft with toys. The yard has a tree swing, climbing tower, and little kid swing. Everything is very clean! We had a great stay!

The location was incredibly convenient to downtown Estes Park and we really liked the large deck on the side of the house and the rustic charm & feel. When we were there it was much warmer than normal and we didn't realize the house does not have A/C but once it cooled off and we opened the windows that helped quite a bit.

Family getaway

Enjoyed our stay. Lots of pots and pans for cooking. Sitting out on the beautiful deck with all the quaking aspens was wonderful. Very peaceful and serene but still just a short jaunt into town.

Home was wonderful, clean, kitchen fully equipped to cook just about anything. Location was perfect, just over 5 min from downtown Estes. The view from the upper level great to wake up to each morning. We will be coming back.

The house was super homey and fit our style perfectly. We loved the layout of the house even though there wasn’t an official master bath. Our in-laws came with us and stayed in the first floor bedroom which meant the bathroom they had was also the bathroom for the entire first floor. The didn’t mind.The play nook in the kitchen was such a fantastic idea! My youngest spent the entire time we were at the house up there. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and tools you’d need to cook at home. We still ended up out a couple nights, but definitely put the kitchen to use. Thanks for letting us stay in your home. Estes and the Rocky Mountain park was a blast! We will be coming back again!

An absolutely perfect location for families! Aspen Grove did not disappoint, the property provided plenty of room for our family of nine The views were lovely and having all the outdoor space was perfect for the adults and children. Wonderful place both inside and out

Property was as advertised. Met all of our expectations. Kitchen very well equipped. Deck surrounded by aspen trees was beautiful. Signage identifying the property was somewhat obscure making it difficult to find the property.

Great family getaway

This was a great property for an extended family gathering. There was plenty of room to spread out but the floor plan allowed us to hang out together too. There were a ton of games, puzzles and toys for both the little ones and the adults. The outdoor area was great too for hanging out. While close to town, it was away from the bustle making the patio a great place to hang out. We heard the elk bugling in the morning, saw numerous deer and even a bobcat! This was a wonderful getaway spot for our family and I would use it again!

Great Estes Park Basecamp!

The location was fantastic! We were close enough to everything fun, yet far enough away to make it very quiet... and to see a whole heard of Elk walk by while eating breakfast was amazing! The house had everything we could possibly want and was very comfortable, and the deck and land around the house was even better! There was so much space for everyone, and the kids loved all the games, the playroom, and the bunkbeds. Some of us were not really fans of the memory foam mattresses, but everything else was absolutely perfect!

Beautiful Views

Our family had a very enjoyable stay at Aspen Grove. We loved the house location set amongst the trees and with mountain views, away from but very close to downtown Estes Park. We cooked meals in the well-stocked kitchen and using the outdoor grill. We enjoyed coffee outside on the large deck next to the dining area. We especially enjoyed the views from thoughtfully placed windows throughout! It was a cozy home to come back to after a day hiking and exploring RMNP.The 4 bedrooms and two baths provided ample space to accommodate our group, and the house was very clean for our stay. The only challenge we experienced was getting a good night's sleep on the beds, as the mattresses in the King and Queen bedrooms were misshapen and somewhat uncomfortable. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would rent again (with newer mattresses!)

The house cleaning crew arrived at the same time we did (!). Well, these things happen.Very clean, quiet and spacious, with lovely Views A sign at the end of the driveway facing down the road with the numbers 1213 prominent would definitely help.

We love the place, just found black hair on the bed sheets and living room carpet. We do have pics of it all. It seems like a pet was in the home or the carpet hasn’t been vacuum. But over all we enjoyed it.

we had a great time at the VRBO the kids were calling it their cabin and want to return sometime

place was easy to find and lots of things close by to go on adventures, we came for a family wedding, it was very close to Black Canyon Inn where the wedding took place, very convenient and beautiful views of the mountains

Beautiful Family Getaway

The property was in a nice secluded area. Great rental for a family with small children. Nice play area outside for the kids and a big deck to enjoy the outdoors. Kids play loft was equipped with plenty of toys for young children. Home was also equipped with plenty of books, and games for kids of all ages. Property manager was very responsive to any concerns that we addressed. Highly recommend.

Wonderful Stay!

This place was amazing! We traveled with another family and their young children. The house was so spacious and perfect for our families. The two family room areas were great and were nice so that we could get a bit of space when needed.. The play room above the kitchen is amazing and the kids loved it so much, as well as the monkey bars an climbing wall and tree swing. The outside space was so incredible and the location was great. The house is well stocked and we had no complaints. Would highly recommend staying here!

Comfy cozy

Our family of 10 had plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The younger kids under 5 loved the loft play room and the older kids enjoyed the board game room. Close access to every thing Estes Park! We will definitely be coming back!
