There is also a gas and Blackstone grill conveniently located off of the kitchen on the back deck. The property also includes lake access, perfect for fishing, with an easy walk down a small hill. The 4th "bedroom" is located in a separate outbuilding that has been updated as an extra living space, just a few steps from the main house. It has it's own small private deck and contains a TV, window AC unit, electric space heater, small sofa, two twin beds, a king bed, and small mini fridge large enough to hold a few beverages. This area is PERFECT for older kids or teens wanting a little more privacy. A community boat dock is located in a no-wake cove and with an end slip that is extremely easy to access, giving you the ability to tie up for a few hours or swim in a safe area.
