After having lived for 20 years in Europe, I returned to Ecuador and created this apartment complex, renovating a 200-year-old building. With a Europan-style service and modern installations (while maintaining the colonial look and feel) I offer an exquisite place to stay while visiting Quito and Ecuador.

"Mariscal" is the tourist center of Quito. Here you will find nightlife, bars, restaurants, hotels, parks, etc. This house with only 2 apartments is located in a street with linden trees, near a park, and is the ideal base to discover Quito. If you want to live, work or study in Quito, the location near a supermarket, laundry, and local stores within walking distance makes this apartment an ideal choice.
Public transportation: "Ecovia" (bus line with its own lane) stops within walking distance. There are several bus lines nearby (Calle Colon). And thanks to the many tourists in the neighborhood, cabs (cheap in Ecuador) are available day and night.
Take a cab from the airport or ask us to send you a car. The driver will be waiting for you at the exit with a sign with your name on it (35 USD).
You can also take public transportation to the bus station "Rio Coca" and from there take a bus towards "La Marin". Get off at "Baca Ortiz." From there it is a 3-minute walk.
