We had a lovely family vacation at Casa mar de Grecia! Pablo and Matilde were very friendly, helpful and responsive to messages! We enjoyed the A/C and the heated pool. Playa Destiladeras (need 100mex to park) and Lancha (park at Oxxo) were within 10 min drives and they were fantastic!The house has quality beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and kayaks for guest use!The property was extremely safe and secure. The locked parking garage was a bonus - note: A full sized SUV or truck will not fit. The ocean across the street is not swimmable due to big rocks/coral; you can easily walk down the beach 5 min to swim in front of a resort. We cooked most meals and were happy with appliances and how well the kitchen was equipped. All bedrooms were large, the primary has a great patio with nice views. The secondary rooms don’t really have views. The top balcony was fantastic for daily whale watching. The main and 2nd levels have a partial view of the ocean, the house across the street obstructs much of the ocean view. Unfortunately during our stay, there was construction next door from 9-5 every weekday. Relaxing during the day at the casa was difficult with constant jack hammering, sawing and banging. We understand that there is nothing the owners could do. We mentioned the construction to Gracia near the end of our stay, she was very responsive and would have tried to accommodate us in a near property.Overall, we enjoyed our stay, highly recommend Gracias Property.
