As soon as you open the door, beautiful, slate-colored wood floors guide you into a clean, open kitchen with smooth granite countertops, crisp white cabinets, and new modern appliances. Fully stocked, this kitchen just begs for you to cook up some of our fresh Gulf seafood. Savor your meals at the four-person, wrap around breakfast bar or gather together at your sleek yet cozy dining room table. Unwind in one of two comfy side chairs or prop your feet up on your spacious plush sofa. Feel free to check the weather or enjoy a movie on the large, wall-mounted flat screen television. Then, step out onto your large, furnished, private balcony and take pleasure in the sounds of the waves and the view of our famous white sand beaches.
The light and airy master suite, with a queen size bed, wall-mounted television, and private washroom is an ideal place to relax after a long day at the beach. The guest room is equipped with two full size beds, another wall-mounted flat screen television, and a spacious closet area. Conveniently located across the hall, the full guest bathroom with its pristine granite counter tops and large shower/bathtub combo is a perfect, peaceful place to enjoy an evening soak.
You'll want to set the coffee pot early so as not to miss a moment in the warm, Alabama sun! When you get the beach bag packed and the swimsuits on, stop by the community pool for a dip or head straight down to our unrivaled white sand beaches. Forgot your beach chairs? No worries! You'll find a beachside rental company with beach loungers and umbrellas just waiting for your arrival. When you've soaked up as much sun as you can handle and washed your sandy toes off in one of our outdoor showers, why not use one of our community grills to whip up an afternoon BBQ? Or unwind on your private balcony, as you watch one of our breathtaking sunsets. Don't forget to put those wet beach towels in the washer/dryer located next to the guest bath so they'll be fresh and ready for your next trip down to the beach!

Age requirement: 25. This means that the primary reservation holder, who will be staying in the unit the duration of the reservation, MUST be 25 at the time of booking.
Pet friendly- 1 Pet is the max allowed and must be added to your reservation at booking. Pet fee is $200. There are no exceptions to the 1 animal limited. Cats are not allowed.
Check in time is 4pm- No exceptions
2 cars is the max allowed for all reservations. Passes are $45 for each vehicle up to 2. One pass is included in the reservation total. It is the guests responsibility to make alternate arrangements offsite for any extra vehicles.

Guests are responsible for beach towels. The bath towels that we provide are for in unit use only and should not be taken to the beach or pool. Charges will apply for missing or damaged towels and/or linens.

Don't forget to bring:
While Starfish provides each reservation with the initial starter kit of supplies (listed above) to get you through your first 24 hours, we recommend you bring the following: paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, hairdryer, napkins, condiments, spices, dishwashing liquid, laundry soap, coffee and coffee filters, beach towels, umbrella, beach toys, sunscreen, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.

Starfish Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy:
Every cancellation is subject to a $175 Cancellation Fee.
Cancel outside of 30 days of arrival: guest will receive 100% refund of funds paid to SVR minus $175
Cancel within 30 days of arrival: guest will forfeit 50% of SVR reservation total plus $175
Cancel within 14 days: guest will forfeit 100%
