Welcome to Bevlyn Cottage! A true charmer tucked in the area known as Felkner's just off Lakeshore Drive in Douglas.

You will be a short walk from Douglas Beach where you can spend a day in the sand soaking up the sunshine, take a stroll along the coast, or go for a quick dip in the clear waters. Douglas Beach stairs were rebuilt in spring 2021 and are once again available for your use. If you're looking for a larger beach, Saugatuck's famous Oval Beach is less than 3 miles away.

The Felkner's area is known for being a bit quieter, more residential, and having numerous deer sightings. Whether it's deer, morning birds, or a friendly squirrel, you're sure to experience Mother Nature's beauty while staying here.

The gardens surrounding Bevlyn Cottage show true pride of ownership and make the grassy tree-lined lot feel a bit magical. You will love spending time on the spacious deck overlooking the backyard. Here you can enjoy a meal, read the latest novel, or just relax and take in your surroundings. The backyard space has a fire pit perfect for s'mores and making memories with your loved ones. There is also a propane BBQ grill available for your use.

Inside Bevlyn Cottage there is plenty of space for your group of 6 to spread out while still being together. The living room has a flat-screen TV with basic Comcast cable and available streaming apps so you can keep up with your favorite shows. The adjacent dining area seats 6 so you can all come together for a meal at home. Though the kitchen is small, there is everything you need.

The primary bedroom has both a queen bed and a twin bed to accommodate sleeping for three. The attached ensuite bathroom has a shower-tub combo. Two guest rooms provide sleeping for an additional three. The double guest room also has a flat-screen TV with Roku. A second full bathroom has a shower-tub combo and plenty of storage for your toiletries.

To head out and explore all the wonderful shops and restaurants the Saugatuck Douglas area has to offer, you won't have far to go. Downtown Douglas is just over a mile and downtown Saugatuck is just over two miles. There is also wine tasting, local farms with fresh produce, art galleries, and boutiques all within the greater Saugatuck Douglas area.

There is a front door camera. It records both video and sound when it detects motion. 
The living room TV is a Roku TV and offers Comcast basic cable. The bedroom TV has a Roku. You can use your accounts to login to any streaming app. Remember to log out before departing.
The living room fireplace is only available in the cold winter months.
