While we always appreciate hearing from our guests, we were surprised to receive your message nearly two months after your departure. Our team contacted you the day after your arrival to ensure everything was going smoothly. When you mentioned the issue with the heat, we responded promptly, offering to send a professional right away. After further communication, an HVAC technician was on-site the same day. While they were unable to secure the necessary part during your stay, we immediately provided space heaters to ensure the home remained comfortable. We also followed up by call and text to ensure everything met your needs, but unfortunately, we did not hear back from you. We are disappointed to learn now that there were additional concerns during your stay. Our team is available 24/7, and it’s always our goal to address issues promptly and ensure our guests have a pleasant experience. If we had been made aware of these additional concerns, or your desire to move to a different property, during your visit, we would have been happy to take immediate steps to address these items. While unforeseen maintenance issues can arise, we do our best to respond promptly, as we did in this case.
