Great Stay

Great stay - some water issues which were not the fault of unit but rather the building. Would rent from them again!

Everything was seamless from the time of booking to our arrival. Alma promptly answered all our questions and Gerardo met us at the unit to check us in. There were 6 of us and there was more than enough room for all. A few minor issues were cleared up immediately by Gerardo, who was always available to reply to our messages. Pool and beach were beautiful and never crowded. We loved the drink and food service to the pool and beach area. The property is secure and safe. We were even lucky enough to spot whales a couple of times. We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful unit. The club next door does get loud, but only open 1-9 pm Fri-Sun. We found if we closed the sliding doors, it wasn't too loud.

For the most part the host interaction was fine. The security on the other hand were quite annoying. Constantly asking what unit we were even after watching us enter the building with our swipe card and our wrist bracelet fully visible. The unit was well stocked with linens, towels, kitchen dinnerware & utensils etc. I would say the unit is in need of some maintenance, broken ice maker, electrical outlet coming out of wall in bedroom , burnt out kitchen range lights, electrical cord to bedroom lamp shorting out, main bedroom blinds ready to fall from the ceiling. Pool area and grounds very nice & well kept.

Great Family Vacation!!

Our family group of 10, ranging in age from 7 to 74, stayed at this property for a week in January. The location is beautiful and the layout of the condo worked perfectly for us. The wrap around deck is awesome with plenty of seating. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware and the island was great to gather around. We saw numerous whales from the deck. Check in and check out went smoothly. The only negative was the loud music from the nightclub next door, but that was only on the weekend, and ended before 10:00, so didn't interfere with sleeping. We would definitely come back!

Family Vacation

Host was Fantastic, Management and security was great. Day and Night club next door was a nightmare, club music going all day til 10:00 at night, zero relaxation. Unit needs a lot of maintenance work done, sinks don’t drain, master bath tub was not in working condition, dishwasher was not installed properly, Owner changed the code so we were locked out for 4 hours and missed our excursion, Geraldo was great he did everything he could, I would rent from him on other properties

Poor contract and disclosure

The property itself is very nice, however the contract did not adequately disclose restrictions properly. The Vrbo property manager blamed the condo management company. They also asked my sister to sign another contract on arrival, which contradicted the initial agreement. I would not recommend this property to anyone, nor the VRBO property manager.

It's disappointing to hear your experience was less than satisfactory, but let's set the record straight here. The responsibility to adhere to the terms of the contract falls squarely on the guest, since we asked before your arrival for the name of each guest in order to added the people authorized to access the premises. Bringing extra guests without prior agreement is a clear violation of the house rules, and any additional contracts provided were likely to clarify and enforce those restrictions. It's not the property's fault if guests fail to read the terms they agreed to. Blaming the property manager or management company for your oversight is unjustified. In the future, perhaps take the time to fully read the check in agreement it clearly states the house rules. Regards.
