Welcome to Serenity by the Sea. Our first-floor condo is located in Harbour Beach Village. An eighteen individually owned condo community. Located on the west end of St Croix.
Wake up to the sound of the waves, look for dolphins. Look to your left and see Sandy Point National Wildlife Refuge, nesting grounds for leatherback, green and hawksbill sea turtles. Also, the place of the filming of the last scene in the movie Shawshank Redemption. Located right out front is some of the best snorkeling on the island. We have gear for your enjoyment. The kitchen is fully stocked for dining in.
Relax on the beach or sit by the pool, explore the town of Frederiksted and end your day with a beautiful sunset. West is Best!

Like visiting a friend's house

Well appointed right on the blue clear water with excellent snorkeling. Close enough to town to go for meals and groceries. Much needed rest and relaxation.

Perfect Spot!

This is a great place to stay, the unit is well appointed, and Jo Eleen is so easy to work with. We loved being able to hear the ocean and watch the sunsets right from the unit. It is so open and has a great breeze and you can snorkel right in front of the unit. You will enjoy this spot!

The condo was beautiful and the ocean view was amazing. Joellen was an awesome host. Please note there is a large fence around the property and the condo is outside of town to a point that walking is discouraged. Even with this considered, we loved our stay.

Great Condo

The location is fantastic. Steps away from amazing snorkeling and a hike away from a stretch of perfect beach. The condo had everything we needed. The bathroom gets hot and its best to keep the door closed to ensure the rest of the unit stays cool.

Bring the ocean to you!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The large living room windows were fantastic. We opened them and felt like we were right on the beach. This was our first trip to St. Croix and the Fredriksted area was a fantastic area for exploring. The kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the snorkling gear and snorkled right by the condo. I would highly recommend this condo!

Low key and wonderful

We enjoyed our stay at Serenity By the Sea! We were greeted as soon as we arrived and shown around the property. The unit had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We were aware of the fence and rather rocky beach ahead of time so we were not put off by it, it made for some great snorkeling right outside your door! It was really nice to have a great swimming pool for when you wanted a dip without having to contend with rocks and sand. The onsite caretaker was very nice, we were fortunate to never need his services. Having your own private laundry was great, we flew home with almost all clean clothes! I would recommend the unit to anyone who enjoys a low key vacation and doesn't mind fending for themselves.

Absolute Perfection!

My hubby and I stayed at this property for a week to celebrate his 50th birthday. It far exceeded our expectations from the moment we walked through the door. It was absolute perfection. The pictures are good but this rental is so much better in person. The view is picturesque. The property had everything we needed - plenty of places to lounge comfortably, the kitchen was very well stocked it was like being at my own home, the ceiling to floor windows in each room facing the ocean were divine. Having a window in the bedroom that faced the ocean was so lovely. The property has really good air conditioners in 3 rooms, ceiling fans, and incredible shutter style windows that allow an indescribably wonderful ocean breeze to fill the entire place. The bathroom has a double vanity and an awesome shower. There were beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling gear, ice cooler. The pool area was clean so very peaceful. We chose Frederiksted specifically for the sunsets and they were worth the cost of the rental alone. Perfect beaches in both directions. Lots of really cool places to eat nearby. The property is secured by a fence, keypad entry to the beach and a gated parking entrace which we truly appreciated immensely. We had to adjust our dates due to a delay caused by inclement weather & the owner, JoEllen, was super responsive, gracious & accommodating. Althea, was helpful as well giving us restaurant & grocery recommendations. Everything was just perfect. You will not be disappointed!
