4 bedroom / 2 bath home - modern renovation with retro flair.
Large backyard with grill, campfire pit & swimming pool & newly added hot tub!
(Saltwater Pool is open May-September & closed Oct-April - hot tub is open all year)
We've furnished this home with our favorite vintage & modern pieces to create a space that inspire creativity & life.
Close to the Honey Brook Thrift Store, September Farms & other local attractions! 1/2 hour to Lancaster City, Exton/King of Prussia.

Guests will have full access to the property during their stay - 4 bedrooms/2 bath - basement master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom & kitchenette.
We have fully furnished the kitchen with all the dishes you may need to cook or bake with.
A propane grill sits out on the back patio for your use & a large backyard for kids to play & campfires at night!
There is a TV screen in the 2nd living room - with login capabilities to your Hulu/Netflix/other account to access & watch something.
Pool is open during the summer & a backyard hot tub has just been installed to be used year round!

Chris & I (Claudia) are the managers & owners. We live in the brick house near the top of the lane & are happy to answer any questions you may have during your stay. We might be out mowing the yard or chasing our kids around, otherwise we probably won't run into you :)

We love our little town of Honey Brook.
September Farms Cheese Shop has the best Ice Cream & Food!
Steeple to People Thrift Store is run by our friends & is our favorite place to pick up bargains.
Jerry's Pizza Pie is the king of pizza in our area!
Rt 10 Roadside Market is Amish run grocery store & our favorite place to stare at all the cute horses ;)
