Welcome to our home! This home is brand new, finished as of June 2021. Conveniently located right off the highway tucked away in a quiet residential neighborhood on a hill with a magnificent view. We are in Southeast Eugene between U of O and LCC, within a 5-minute drive of both. This is a two story craftsman style Townhome with a 2 –car garage, 3 beds, 2.5 baths and a gas stove for cooks! No matter the reason for your visit you will feel safe, relaxed and have everything you need here :)

I was in town to take my son to college. This rental home was perfectly located for access to the university as well as the other exploring that we did in the area. The home was clean and well stocked. We were very comfortable and I would stay here again.

The townhouse lives up to its pictures—well-appointed with all the amenities. It’s quiet, close to town, and the freeway entrance is close by to take you anywhere in the area. The host is excellent—efficient and responsive. We would stay there again if we are in Eugene and the beautiful adjacent surroundings.

The condo was very clean, and in a nice quiet area. Check in instructions were easy and clear. The neighbors are also friendly and welcoming when you see them. The location is convenient to the University and a short drive to everything else. We have older teens so it was really nice to have the extra space so everyone could spread out. We will be spending a lot time in Eugene over the next 4 years and we definitely book again .

We stayed here while attending a family event. The house was exactly as pictured and described. The beds were very comfortable and the place was very clean. It is very well stocked with everything you need. The check in/out process was very easy. We will definitely stay here again next time we’re in town.

Wonderful stay

We were very impressed with this property. It was immaculate and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed, and more. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The location can’t be beat. We absolutely loved our stay and will look to stay there again when returning to the area.

Clean quiet property. We had a blast!

We stayed here with some friends for a baseball tournament. The house was super clean and easy to find. Neighbors were super friendly and asked if we needed any help. Open floor plan to hang out in the Kitchen/Livingroom. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area!

Perfect in one word

We stayed here for a swim meet and everything was perfect. The house was very well-appointed with a kitchen full of utensils, bedrooms with great mattresses and bathrooms that had special touches with facial cleaning supplies. The house was clean and in a great location. We own a boutique hotel and we were so happy with this rental.

Beautiful new 3br rental

Our only problem was arriving quite late due to flight delay. We had hard time figuring out which garage door at the rear since no light was on. I called and the manager did answer and help us. I appreciated that she picked up at midnight! Otherwise the home was new clean beautiful and comfortable.

FIVE STARS - GREAT FIND.

Our family (grandparent, children and grandchildren), recently spent a few days at this property and can easily give it five stars. Everything is new. Complete home from home, everything you need for at least a couple of days or longer. Kitchen well stocked if you like to cook, including, seasonings, plus coffee, tea, etc. Washer and dryer plus laundry detergent, spraynwash and fabric softener provided. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms. Plenty of towels. Three bedrooms with comfortable beds. House was spotless. Even a welcome note, chocolate and bottle of wine from the owner. Easy to get to, couple minutes off the freeway and 5 to 10 minutes to stores, restaurants, etc. We would definitely stay here again anytime we find ourselves in Eugene and recommend it to others.

Disappointed in the Double Booking and Stranded Traveler Process.

I am religious VRBO Expedia user. So I booked everything through these portals and had a crew of employees heading up for work in Eugene. We had a confirmation and an initial correspondence from the host. All as expected. We were at the airport when we realized we never got the check in instructions that would normally come on the day of arrival. So we sent a chat. The host told us that somehow VRBO allowed for a double booking and then cancelled our reservation and refunded us. However no additional correspondence or apologies. Even with my "I have an email and chat with you stating we are good to go". I called VRBO and of course they stated that they cannot allow anything without owner approval. And apologized, but that it was the owner's fault. They offered to remedy the situation once we hit arrival time. Since we were already at the airport en route, we were sorta left high and dry, needing to wait until the "check-in time" to be considered a stranded traveler. Not knowing where we would be for the week and time is money, the whole process seemed too close for comfort. So I just found another WEBSITE that does the same thing with an instant booking with a more than accommodating host who responded immediately. It was a fantastic stay over there and was even less money. This whole situation did not strengthen my faith in using VRBO or unfortunately the Host we were going to stay with. I will give another chance, but the stranded traveler process needs to be ratified.
