-Master Bathroom: 3 shower head walk in shower with river rock, bluetooth speaker, and changing lights. Heated bidet toilet seat and heated tiles throughout.
-Laundry Room: Large washer/dryer

This home has keyless entry, so come and go as you please. Your host is local and available for any questions about the best restaurants, places to explore, or concerns you may have.

Eugene has Uber, Lyft, many bike paths, and public LTD Bus.

Driving:

Parking in driveway will fit 2-3 cars, additional parking on the street.

1. No smoking/vaping in the house. Smoking is allowed outside, please use
provided ashtray.
2. Only registered guest allowed

5. We require shoes to be removed before entering the home.
6. Should anything be damages during your stay, it will be taken out of the
deposit.
7. Off Limit Areas: Hall closet near the front door, closet in the east front
room, pantry off the kitchen, and the garage.
8. Please be courteous to the neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum
between 10pm-6am.
9. Clean dirty dishes by putting them in the dishwasher and run before
leaving.
10. Empty trash into dumpster outside before leaving.
11. Landscapers come on Monday mornings.
12. Before leaving put towels, sheets, and duvet covers in the washroom. We use Eco laundry detergent.
13. Check out time is 11am.
Guest are welcome to use anything on the premises.
We kindly ask that guests remove their shoes in the house and leave recreational gear outside.
No smoking inside. Please smoke outside and responsibly dispose of all butts.
There are cameras on the front driveway, back patio, and a Nest Hello at the front door for safety and security purposes.

No pets allowed in the house. If you have a support animal you must supply sufficient documentation before your stay. In order for us to provide a consistent experience for our guests we ask that you leave the home in the condition you found it.
