Heavenly Mountain Resort NV is a two-mile drive. East Peak is under 6.5 miles away. Zephyr Cove Snowmobiling Tours are just under 7 miles away. Kingsbury North Trailhead is under 2 miles away. Lake Tahoe is 5-7 miles away.
The space
This is a beautifully designed 4 story home. We can accommodate two vehicles in the garage and two in the driveway. As you enter the front door with the key code provided please remove any muddy or dirty shoes.

The second story contains three bedrooms, an office and washer/ dryer. The first bedroom with queen bed and attached private bathroom. The second bedroom also has a queen bed with its own personal sink. The third bedroom is great for kids with bunkbeds and a queen bed. There is also a full bathroom for the 2nd and 3rd bedroom to share.

The second flight of stairs brings you breathtaking views in the living and dinning rooms, and master bedroom. Enjoy the custom stocked kitchen with everything you can think of including a Nespresso espresso machine. A Bose sound system is available to and enjoy via bluetooth. We also have a bathroom conveniently located on this floor. The master bedroom contains a queen size bed and fireplace along with a three-person hot tub and spectacular views. The master bathroom comes with "his" and "her" sinks along with walk in closets and walk in shower.

The third flight of stairs brings you to the most incredible view at the house on the fourth floor. This floor contains a custom bar, fireplace and piano for all of your entertaining needs.
Guest access
Guest will have full access to the house except one closet that is the owners closet.
Other things to note
This home is heated a radiant heating system. Do not set the thermostats above 65. To ensure the most efficient heating of the home, leave all bedroom doors open as often as possible. the heating system is directly connected to the system which provides hot water to the home. To prevent a home heating temperature drop (which will take 12-18 hours of no hot water consumption to recover), please operate the showers for a maximum of 3-4 showers at 10 minutes per shower every 8 hours.

Trash pickup comes on Thursday. If you'd like to remove trash from the residence place it in the bearbox, otherwise the cleaners will take care of it.

No smoking, no parties, no pets.
