The original structure, the Main House, offers 4 bedrooms with 3 newly renovated bathrooms and overlooks the private pond. It also has an expansive living area with 23 ft ceilings, dining area, kitchen, TV room, wine storage, and fully furnished deck with pond and garden views.

The Pool House was recently renovated and includes 3 bedrooms, (all with private entrances), and 3 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, while the 3rd has an exterior entrance. It also includes an indoor/outdoor living space overlooking the pool area.

The Cottage on the Hill, also recently renovated, is an 8-minute uphill walk or 2-minute drive from the rest of the property and offers additional privacy. It contains 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, den, living room, and a furnished deck.

Located in largely undeveloped Pope Valley, the property offers an added level of seclusion yet is only a 20-minute drive to St. Helena, 30 minutes to Calistoga, 45 minutes to downtown Napa, and 2 hours to San Francisco.
