Livingroom Area: Relax on all leather furniture, including a queen sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress for extra quests. Turn on fireplace while watching your favorite show.

Kitchen: Oversized and fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, custom ice maker, plenty of cooking spices, utensils, and more- ideal for preparing your favorite meals.

Bathroom: Recently updated with contemporary finishes.

Beach Service- 2 chairs and 1 umbrella

Pets are allowed. A $150 nonrefundable fee. They have to show proof of rabies vaccination and the security shack charges $10 per dog. No cats allowed or other animals.

Do not bring trailers, U-hauls, jet ski trailer or boats as they will be towed without notice.

I do a complete inventory count on check out day. Please be respectful and keep in mind that I do provide kitchen essentials. Please be kind and leave these items for next guests' use. If any items show up missing on check out day, I will deduct replacement costs from your security deposit.

Golf Cart- There is a golf cart that can be rented with this unit. We do need to see proof of driver's license, proof of insurance and also a release that you are held liable for any damage to the golf cart, accountable for any accidents that you or others are involved in. No one under the age of 18yrs is able to drive this. Please provide an email to send over this contract. There is a $250 fee for rental of the golf cart. PLEASE MAKE SURE the golf cart is charged, cleaned and not damaged .

Release of liability must be signed before use of kayak. You Must wear a life jacket per Florida Law. Minors must be with an adult.
