Large oversized deck with beautiful view overlooking golf course, great for families!

Our condo was updated Spring 2023. New HVAC May 2023. New Washer and Dryer December 2023.

Updates include:
New LVP flooring throughout condo, freshly painted kitchen cabinets, quartz kitchen countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances and new patio furniture

2 Bedroom 2 Bathroom Condo that sleeps 4-6 located in the heart of Destin, FL.

Sandpiper Cove is a 43 acres Gated Resort with 5 pools (2 heated) and 1,100 feet of private Gulf Front, white sand beaches, 6 tennis courts, dine in seafood restaurant, beach bar, and boat slips for rent available. Enjoy a delicious meal at Louisiana Lagniappe which is on the Harbor within the resort. Complex is 3 minutes from the Harbor Walk shopping center. Unit has a washer and dryer located inside. Great place to get away and enjoy the Florida air and Destin beaches. Our 2/2 condo overlooks the 2nd green and close to one of the 2 heated pools.



Other things to note:
MUST BE 25 years of age with valid photo ID to rent and check in at gate.

Seasonal Beach Service included with 2 chairs and umbrella (Mid March- October).

Destin Vacation

We had the best trip and our accommodations only made it better! The condo had everything we needed to make our stay easy and the beach proximity was wonderful. Great Location - Awesome Host

Katrina was extremely helpful, her communication was was impeccable. The place was clean, recently updated and perfectly located - a short walk to the beach, nearby stores and restaurants. Planning to come back again this summer. Thanks again for your hospitality!

Comfortable

Excellent property! The minute we walked in the door we fell in love with it. It fit our family of 5 perfectly and we had everything we needed for our stay. Our favorite was the patio dinners and the comfortable beds. Host was so helpful before and during our stay any question I had she answered for us. It’s also gated and there’s always security at the gate it made us feel safe. The private beach was amazing. We will definitely book again next summer.

Stunningly Spacious

When we visit Destin, we love to stay at Sandpiper Cove & this unit has been my fav! From the initial reservation throughout our stay, Katrina was very flexible & genuinely accommodating to us. Excellent get away

From the moment we stepped into the condo, we felt immediately at home. There are all amenities you will need for a beach stay, we lacked for nothing. The chairs/umbrella at the beach was seamless and so appreciated. Beds were comfortable, AC worked well, kitchen stocked with needed items to cook meals. We felt safe in the area and on the property. Katrina was available for any questions during the booking process and stay. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property manager for this property is absolutely amazing!!! Very prompt and responsive. My clients loved this property. Having your own beach chairs was a plus!!! Wonderful experience

Our family of 5, 3 of which are teenagers, stayed comfortably in this condo. The recent updates to the unit were very nice. The outdoor deck overlooking the pool and golf course had comfortable furniture and is where we spent a lot of time. The unit also had a variety of items for the kids to use, including boogie boards and golf clubs. The host was amazing to work with! She responded almost immediately to my messages and made sure our visit was the best it could be. Highly recommend staying in this unit at Sandpiper Cove!

Sandpiper slice of heaven

From the start of booking to the check out we couldn’t have been more impressed with our stay. We had the best communication with the owner and she was super informative and the listing description accurately described the space. We wanted for nothing while staying, the space was fully stocked with beach toys, good clubs, rackets and pickle ball equipment to utilize on the courts. We had board games to play in the evening, books to read, and extra blankets, and even small fans for the visitors who need that extra noise to sleep :) the kitchen was full of all the pans and pots and even had things to bbq and light the grill by the pool that we used! Katrina is doing a fantastic job on this space and we loved that it was in the back of the property with less traffic. We brought our whole families e bikes and spoke with the entrance about parking and they assured it was a safe space to leave them. Everyone at sandpiper is so friendly and we love the extra security and detail at this place. We stay at Sandpiper every year and Katrina’s space is our favorite to date. If you are on the fence about this property space just rent you will not find a better space or host! Our family plans on booking again with her.

We are from Shawnee Kansas, a suburb outside of the KC metro area. Our first trip to Destin was in 2013 and we fell in love with the area and the sugar white soft sand. After multiple trips to Destin and other towns along the Emerald Coast we decided to purchase our own condo in what we think is Destin’s best kept secret: Sandpiper Cove.
Our 2 bedroom condo in Sandpiper Cove is a quick walk to a private beach.
