Built in 2022, this peaceful retreat, is filled with many modern amenities. The large fully stocked kitchen features an induction cooktop, two ovens, microwave and large island for meal preparation and gatherings. Spa bathroom offers large open shower with two shower heads, heated stone floor, heated towel rack and large vanity. Separate infrared sauna provides therapeutic relaxation. Bedroom 1 offers a king bed, adjustable height desk and chair, and cedar lined closet. Bedroom 2 contains two twin adjustable beds, large TV and cedar lined closet. The living room features wood burning stove, two ergonomic reclining chairs and ottomans, two sofas and large TV. Windows surround every room, providing plenty of natural light. Central air-conditioning/heat and ceiling fans provide the perfect temperature and unit contains full-size washer and dryer. Large wrap around deck offers stunning views and makes the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee.

We booked this property to celebrate my mother’s 90th birthday and it was more than we could’ve hoped for. It is a beautiful, modern, and luxuriously appointed guest house on a secluded quiet property. The lovely amenities include a gorgeous wood burning stove and a large modern kitchen with induction cooktop, large refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and all you need to cook and dine. There is a toasty 1-person infrared sauna room, full size washer and dryer, and amazing bathroom with a spa smart toilet that wow-ed us every time we had to use it. The two bedrooms were comfortable and with ample storage space. The property is pet- and party-friendly and the host, who lives across the driveway, is friendly and responsive. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

This is the most amazing place. It's a 2 bedroom detached home that has everything you could possibly need, & some extra amenities that will surprise you. Modern, fully equipped, beautifully furnished, with lots of windows to see the panoramic views of the countryside that surrounds you. I want to live here. Beautiful tiny hiuse

As usual, everything was perfect! This tiny house is incredibly well thought out. You will want for nothing and the beautiful surroundings are just stunning. Wild flowers, birds and wild turkeys walking through the yard. It’s the only place to stay in the Littleton/Boxborough/Acton area.

Amazing, restful stay in immaculate, well-designed abode.

This was a perfect overnight local to our home, north of Boston. The space was clean and open, and provided breathing room to spend some bonding time with my daughter.Our host was kind and after a quick tour so we didn't miss or waste time with any fuss with amenities, we kicked back. We arrived later on after a nice day hike at the nearby Lookout Rock (perfect distance for a 4 yo who likes to stop and be curious about everything) and also a stop at the bonsai botanical.Cheers if you decide to stay here - it seems like a great decompress no matter the company you're with.

Fiona is an excellent host. My partner and I needed a night away and this home was perfect. The fireplace was extra cozy and the sauna was an added bonus. A variety of coffee and tea provided. My dog enjoyed the walking trails. We'd love to stay again in the future!

Beautiful guest house in lovely location

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house and can't wait to return. I've rarely seen such wonderful design in a house, let alone a property on VRBO. Everything was incredibly high quality. Fiona was across the way in the main house and was so helpful. My kiddos loved playing on the lawn and running through the beautiful property. We only live 45 minutes away but this felt like a real vacation.

Great stay!

There were so many great amenities included with this stay. A very modern, energy efficient and health conscious guest house. Our favorite parts were the wood-burning stove, wrap around deck, fully stocked, high-end kitchen, heated towel rack and bathroom floor, and a very remote location. A small-town getaway within an hour's drive of downtown Boston.

Amazing Cottage

I cherish every morning in this newlly built compound on the hill. The sunrises are stunning. The fresh air and the sounds of nature are healing. I love going for a run every morning, right here on the private track around the property. Premier hiking trails are but a step away. I love connecting with nature and think about things - winter, spring, summer and fall - in a quiet comfy sunlit room with a hot cup of tea. I'm a quiet attentive person and enjoy getting to know my guests.

The team worked well together and put their hearts and souls into creating this stunning property. You feel the magic the minute you arrive.

The guest house is sunny and warm with a fully equipped kitchen, a wood stove, two large Google TV sets with a complete choice of content to watch, Internet and Wi-Fi and all the comforts of home. The house is wheel-chair compatible. Being commited to health, we put in an infrared sauna and use only non-toxic cleaning products. You will have access to the outdoor walking/running path, hiking trails and beautiful landscaping. It's a peaceful place with a caring an welcomming host. We are on a secluded island of beautiful nature and at the same time close to shops, restaurants and movie theatres. It's a dream house.
