Available from 15th each mo. -3rd week or 1st week beginning each season. $3, 990/month lease PRICED @ $133 DAILY RATE with/monthly discounts factored in monthly stays longer than 3 months. Either a VRBO property damage policy (available @ $119) in lieu of a $3750 security deposit or VRBO property we damage policy is required to secure a 3-month lease or longer.
